The Alpine Lodge is such a beautiful place! Such comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, rustic decor and most of all, fabulous staff! From our arrival till the morning we drove away, I was always called by my first name!! We stayed 3 nights, enjoying the fire pit on Saturday night with others staying at the lodge. Was such a comfortable atmosphere.... More

I booked this motel based on Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed! Our two 2-queen adjacent rooms on the second floor were log-cabin style cozy, meticulously clean, with the BEST mattresses we slept on during our 3 week road trip. After check-in we sat out on the open walkway in front of our rooms watching the bikers roll in on... More

Montana is beautiful country, but the stay at the Alpine Lodge makes it a warm, and friendly experience! This is my second stay at the Alpine in 2 years and it gets better & better! Now in addition to the comfortable lodge accommodations and cabins, they have added 2 Tepee's. The beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is meticulous, the staff... More

We were lucky enough to be the first party to stay in the Alpine Lodge Tepee. We had a great time and the accommodations were wonderful. There was no road noise or distractions during the night, and we had a great sleep. The beds were comfortable and shower/bathroom was close to the tepee. The owners are very welcoming and made... Not exactly the perfect location (ugly view across the street) but the Alpine Lodge is a great value as well as a great property. The owner, Larry, is onsite and takes great pride in everything. The motel rooms are remodeled and nicely decorated - I stayed in #102 which was decorated in a vintage ski theme with a nice bathroom... More

This is our second visit to the Alpine Lodge. We ride our Harley over Bear Tooth Pass, so staying in Red Lodge is the perfect stop. Though not four-star, which is fine by us, the rooms here are spacious, newly remodeled. The beds are pillow top, linens and pillows comfy. There are yard games set up, a bike washing station,... Don't miss staying at the Alpine Lodge! We have traveled worldwide and have stayed at 5-star hotels. Trish and Larry compete with the best..where do you find the owner cooking and serving his patrons a free custom breakfast?!? Not only are their log cabin style rooms carefully attended to and well-maintained, but they continue to make lovely, quality addtions to... More

My niece and family were visiting and stayed here (we were at the KOA). This was a very spacious room with 2 queen beds and a couch that could have made into a bed. They had breakfast, entertainment in evenings and games for kids to do outside. The room was spacious and beds looked comforable

My phone reservation was accurate. Arriving after 8:00PM was no problem for them. Our room was clean, didn't smell organic or artifical. The furnishings were dated, but the bed/pillows were absolutely adequate. They had just re-done the entire bathroom in Room 107. Breakfast in the morning under the canopy was a nice, homey touch. Fruffy coffee's are available in the... More

Clean, well decorated, looks like they just remodeled the rooms. Quiet even with everybody all in one court with mostly motorcyclists. Breakfast was cooked outside on a flat top, choices from pancakes, to stuffed breakfast burritos with salsa! All kinds of choices of coffee mocha, lattes, special blends and on and on! Soft pillows and very comfortable mattresses and extra... More
