We stay at this Hampton Inn whenever we are in Missoula for an evening or night activity (think Griz games, symphony) through the year and it is always very clean and well maintained, as well as having a pleasant staff on duty. We have seen their front desk staff go out of their way to help out-of-area visitors find restaurants,... More

This is what to be expected of a Hampton, welcoming service, easy checkin, comfy beds and good/free wifi and breakfast. Overall it was a really great stay and great location. A lot of restaurants in the local area too.

Near the highway and on the main route to restaurants in Missoula. We continue to enjoy our nights at Hampton Inns. Warm cookies. Clean, cozy and quiet rooms with a great breakfast waiting in the morning. No issues. Just another relaxing night.

We stayed a total of three nights in this hotel. The first night in the room our the heater made a loud noise every time it kicked on which kept us up pretty much all night. The next day as we were getting ready to leave the room the heater started spewing out steam which soaked a expensive stack of... More

I've stayed at Hampton Inns in a number of cities on both coasts and in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming over the last decade. Based on this experience, I feel I have a decent basis of comparison for the brand over a relatively wide geographic area and time frame. I've been a guest at this lodging three times over the last... More

I would like to apologize on behalf of my staff. One of our main goals at the Hampton Inn Missoula is to give the best service to our guests that we can. I am sorry that was not the case with your most recent stay. That is not the best, or even close to it. Thank you for taking the... More

After perhaps a dozen stays at the Missoula Hampton Inn over a period of a decade and most recently in Sept., 2014, I feel qualified to state that this H.I. is the best hotel in Missoula. We travel here about once a year and have always found the hotel to be exceptionally well managed. Courtney manages this Hampton and has... More

Stayed 1 night. It was okay. Heard kids stomping on the floor above at 6:30 am which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was above average for this type of chain hotel and definitely worth it. Check in/out was easy and fast.

I was a solo traveler, first time to Montana and traveling with a Chihuahua. My room was roomy, the beds were very comfortable, and it was near the stairs. It made is very easy to take my dog in and out. I could do it in minutes, they made it so easy for me.
