We were very pleasantly surprised by this motel. We stayed in the business suite. It's an older building with external hallways and outdated bathroom colors, but the room was very large and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi tub and a sliding glass door that led to a grassy back yard with a beautiful fast moving creek about 10 feet wide.... more

My husband, three dogs and I stayed here on our way home from our road trip honeymoon to Canada. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a drag queen convention in town the night we were there so almost all the hotels were booked. We decided to try Ruby’s based on a billboard we read. They allowed dogs at no additional... more

We've stayed at Ruby's now probably half a dozen times, and have been very pleased each time. We live in South Central Montana, 240 miles away, and Ruby's is our regular choice for overnight in Missoula. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, and really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. There is a lovely little... more

This place is quite nice and very inexpensive. Our room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and they even had a computer terminal near the front desk to check out road conditions and weather. For the price, this is about as good as you can expect. more

My relative booked the room for us. She had stayed there previously with her husband and dogs. It was an cheap overnight stay, but the room had seen better days. The beds were hard. The bathroom was ok but the grout needed to be redone. The buffet breakfast was free with the room stay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage,... more

We had an enjoyable stay here. This is a motel type place with an outdoor pool and hot tub that is located along side a creek. We enjoyed the creekside location with the picnic tables and benches, it was a great place to relax. The hotel service was great especially those in charge of breakfast. The hot home cooked breakfast... more

Reasonable in price, but you get what you pay for. This is not a Hotel, but a very old Motel, complete with exterior hallways - not the best place for a woman traveling alone to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It was clear that an effort... more

We stayed here just 1 night when passing through Missoula, room with 2 queen beds located in rear of the motel. We chose Ruby's over the Hampton Inn (right next door) after reading the reviews here. Our family of 5 wished we had instead chose the Hampton. Although very inexpensive, you get what you pay for here. This "Inn" is... more

I'm glad we chose to stay here over other hotel chains and the rooms cost less as well. The service was amazing on the phone when we booked as well as once we arrived. The people who work there were so friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious and was continuously refilled which is nice for people like us... more

I have never ever heard of a hotel that has two king beds in one room, but what a wonderful surprise! We stayed in this room in July of 2006 and it was half way through our road trip. The two king beds in our room was a wonderful, welcomed surprise. We had a room at the back of the... more
