I have been staying here for many years. I have seen growth and changes in mgmt. I have witnessed the quality of service given by the staff even in the toughest of times. When there were issues, the staff and mgmt. handled it well. The rooms are clean and they try to keep them updated with all the latest amenities... More

Nice Motel, parking by front door, outdoor plugs for autos on very cold winter nights. Room clean and well set up. Bed comfortable. Dog friendly with a nice creek in back for pets to sniff around a bit. Breakfast very good. Staff super friendly. Will stay here again when passing thru Missoula

If you come to Missoula, and specifically to Ruby's, with realistic expectations of in independent motel, you'll be quite pleased with a stay at Ruby's. It's not going to rival a big city hotel in terms of amenities or atmosphere, but you will enjoy a clean room, polite and competent staff, and a very convenient location. As an added bonus,... More

Highly recommend this Motel. The name had me thinking it may be a dingy old motel but I was pleasantly surprised. Professional but friendly Front Desk Staff. Easy access to rooms. The furniture, bedding and bathroom were all in great shape. The room was quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was more then I needed but was happy to have options.... More

We travel between Washington State and Marquette, Michigan quite often, and have stayed at Ruby's often enough to just have achieved our free night after nine stays! The hotel is pet-friendly, has a nice setting with a babbling creek and a great breakfast. It is also not far from Big Sky Brewing which is a must-see in Missoula. We will... More

I give this place high praise for all the stuff that's important to me: easy booking (I did it by phone recently on short notice), clean and spacious rooms (each of the handful of times I've stayed here over the years), very reasonable prices, and free shuttle service to and from the Missoula airport. In addition, the staff are extremely... More

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was simple yet clean and sufficient. The price was very reasonable. The location was nice..easy access to restaurants. The breakfast was good and i appreciated the hours. The creek was lovely, even in December. We will definitely plan to come again!

It really wasn't a bad room. It was very clean, and the breakfast was super delicious. The bed was kind of stiff though... Other than that.. it really isn't a bad place to save a few dollars when visiting Missoula. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast and staff are worth the stay. The rooms are older but clean and a few new features have been added....new TV and mattresses. I like being able to park in front of our room and not haul suitcases up stairs and down long hallways. Ruby needs to buy new pillows.

This was our first visit at this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. It is a older hotel but the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped as well as very clean. It is a great location for access to the city and has a lot of choices for dinning in the area from fast food to anything you may... More
