I will stay here anytime I am in Missoula. Soup and popcorn in the evening and a buffet breakfast in the morning. The breakfast staff even come around and fill your coffee!!! Rooms are clean and cozy. The location is excellent.

Our chruch ladies group stayed here on our annual retreat last year. Can't say enough good things about Ruby's! Ruby's looks to be a renovated older motel which gives it a charm of an by gone erea, a time where things were not as rushed and hetcic as it is today.. night in September. The room was renovated very new... More

This may be an old-style motel but inside how nice. The soup-at-night, breakfast in the morning, and coffee/tea and fruit all day are really nice touches for a very reasonably priced stay. I was booked for a conference but next time through would bring the fam!!

Late at night and very tired. It was first place I could find that had vacancy. Some kinda basketball tourney in town. This would not be my first choice, however, a clean place for sure. Very friendly staff

I stayed here on the way home from a business trip in Spokane. It's an older hotel but the room was very clean and well kept. I was on the 2nd floor right behind the office and wasn't bothered by the road noise. From the time I walked in the frond door to check in I felt welcome. The girl... More

We went to Missoula to visit our children and grandchildren. Our dogs travel with us and this motel allows them. All of the rooms have outside entry, this is great when a pet needs to go visit nature. The back of our motel is beside a stream, benches are placed to enjoy it. The beds were comfy. The best thing... More

I stayed at Rubys inn while waiting to pick up my new horse on feb 14th. Most other hotels were already sold out. I talked to a girl named katie at the front desk and she was so helpful. Shes the reason i even considered staying in a non name brand hotel. I couldnt figure out the tv upon check... More

I checked into Ruby's at the height of the season in Missoula. The prices were a bit high, but the front desk did his best to accommodate us despite how busy they were. I am not a breakfast guy, but this is really good. Their biscuits and gravy were good enough for thirds. I usually thrift for hotels and do... More

I stayed in this hotel a while back over new years and had a great stay. The hotel is not part of a big chain so it doesn't have the familiar boilerplate uniformity, with its own branded soaps and all that business. But its comfortable, well appointed, the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make me... More

Last minute choice to stop early and stay in Missoula for the night. Chose Ruby's because it is pet-friendly. What a wonderful surprise. Very nice, clean room at a great price. Popcorn and chili in lobby when we checked in which was nice after day of driving. A terrific breakfast. Also used the laundry while there - very reasonable, clean... More
