Amazing place. So sweet and what beautiful views! The proprietor is hospitable and a wonderful chef. Breakfast was amazing. Really- a highlight. Such fun visit with hiking very close by. Our host lent us books about hiking trails In the area. Rooms are clean, warm (it was very cold week in the winter), and comfortable. This is like staying at... More

I stayed here two days and had a wonderful time. I was glad to be staying outside Missoula in the hills to get the full impact of the amazing landscapes. My room looked out across the valley and was spectacular. The hosts were very helpful with tips on restaurants, hikes, etc, and the gourmet breakfast was delicious.

We were there for only two nights and loved it. The grounds are exceptional...from the deck over looking Lolo all the way to Missoula or the quiet pond nestled in the hillside. Breakfasts were wonderful, accommodations we comfy. We had the only pet room available and it was well appointed. You would never guess other pets had passed through. Our... More

We spent two nights in the Rose Room and loved every minute of it. Brady had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us each morning that we enjoyed as we sat in the living/dining room which has a beautiful view on most every side. Would highly recommend!

Spent 5 nights at the Blue Mountain in the Rose Room while visiting family in Missoula. Very comfortable accommodations and outstanding breakfasts (not a single repeat and all were exceptionally good). Would have been nice to have an armoire since there is no closet but for shorter stays this shouldn't be a problem.

The rooms are huge, amazing attention to detail in the furniture and decoration of the room, very comfortable bed and a lovely spa bath to relax in. It's lovely to be... More

Such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Breakfasts are outstanding (thanks Brady). Rooms are immaculate, beds are comfortable. We loved our visit and if we are ever in the area again, this is where we will stay - no doubt about it.

The Blue Mountain Bed & Breakfast, located on a hillside just outside downtown Missoula, is a perfect place to base yourself for visiting Missoula and the surrounding area. From the deck (resplendent with hummingbirds buzzing around numerous feeders), you can have breakfast and gaze out over the valley and across the way to the Sapphire Mountains. The rooms were handsome,... More
