Well located hotel. Easy access to Interstate and nearby restaurants and shopping. staff was great. Only drawback was the unavailability of the swimming pool. No matter to us but was to several guests who stopped there expecting the pool to be available. I would stay here again for sure.

This Hilton Garden Inn is located in a "big box" store area. The parking lot is shared with several restaurants and a casino (walking distance). The hotel is near the interstate and the main route to downtown (Broadway). The staff was very helpful with directions to local tap rooms. I found the bed very comfortable and the room very clean.... While in Missoula I stayed at the Hilton and found it to be just a great hotel. Everything from the young ladies at the desk who were so helpful to the beautiful lobby (they are all the same) to the large spotless room with perfect bedding. It's what i expected and I was not disappointed. They have an actual restaurant... More

We love Hilton Garden Inns and have stayed at many. The Missoula Garden Inn however isn't quite as nice and clean as others. There were a few small items in the room that didn't work or were broke (vent slats on AC, clothes iron broken, metal latch on door) and the carpets had a few marks. Overall however the staff... The bed alone, is to die for. Whitney at the front desk was the best welcoming staff member of any establishment I've ever been too. And the bartender was awesome. The bath tub doesn't seem that special, but honesty those extra couple of inches of space, on top of the cleanliness, just made it the cherry on top. Luxury at... More

This Hilton Garden Inn offers the usual comforts of this chain and easy access to the interstate. Although the location was convenient I didn't love the way it felt jammed up amid numerous other hotels and businesses....but maybe it's my aversion to casinos, etc. that's clouding my judgment. Customer service was good but not up to the level we experienced... More

I am giving the Hilton Garden Inn, Missoula, 4 stars, not because of the room, which was very nice, but because of their sincere interest in solving some problems that I encountered. First, when I made my reservation, I requested a room on a high floor. I got that. I asked for a view of Missoula. I got that. The... More

While I was a little surprised at how much my room cost in Missoula, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and well-kept, my room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Ice/vending was on my floor. The breakfast was good and very convenient. The staff were professional and the restaurant staff extremely attentive. Would recommend it... More

A nicely appointed hotel with local touches of Montana in the lobby & in the rooms. However, the poor management of the hotel leaves quite a wrinkle in the experience. While the front desk took the message about a problem and delivered it to management. management failed to phone and even claimed not receiving the message. Management should set an... More
