This was a nice place. No plane or train noise until after 7 am and it was minimal then. Sites had grass and a table. They were close together, but that's typical. I wouldn't want to be in the loop by the dog run and playground in the summer- the noise would be bad because it's close to the sites.... More

I reviewed the Missoula KOA back in 2011, but had another recent extended stay and decided to post new comments. I've stayed at this campground several times during the past 15 years. It used to have a nice open view, which has since been filled in with new shopping areas, apartments, etc. This is a KOA you stay at for... More

Nice place. Grounds and flowers and well cared for. Staff is friendly. Sites are almost level, lots of trees. Paved roads. Store is well stocked even for end of season. We have stayed several times while in the area and will stay again.

They had a nice gentleman at the front desk to help us out. This camping facility has a lot of camp sites and RV spots as well as cabins of all sorts and sizes. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. The only problem was people leaving the park early in the morning.

Had a kamping kabin for the weekend to watch the Griz game. Arrived late and were greated by the host that showed us to our kabin. Light and heat was on so we were comfortable right away. Had a new puppy with us and was not a problem. Comfortable beds.

Nice park right in main part of city but quiet and efficient for our needs. This is our 2nd time time staying as we were traveling through Montana. Checkin easy, showers clean with plenty of hot water. Sites roomy.

I was appalled to get a letter on my door asking me to remove my mat so I don't kill the grass which was already dead. If they called it grass I would hate to see what they call dirt. It was dead glass mixed in with dirt and gravel. For the price you our charge for the sites at... More

This is a huge KOA. We had one of the deluxe tent sites, with electrical and water, small shelter with counter. That proved to be very useful when it decided to rain. It also proved a little more private than some of the other sites would have been. Efficient and friendly staff. The place was generally clean; it is sometimes... More

We stopped here only for one night to tent camp on our way back home to MN after visiting GNP. I reserved a tent site with no hook ups and we were pleased to find that there was water at each of the sites in our section. Our site was narrow but had large hedges on both sides of the... More

We stayed in the air conditioned cabins and really enjoyed our time. Extremely friendly staff, lots of activities like swimming, bike rentals, basketball, horseshoes, mini golf, pony rides once a week and they bring in animal wonders on Thursday so our kids got up close with an artic fox, hedge hog, Boa constrictor, tortoise, and some birds. Over all had... More
