We stayed one night at the Guesthouse Inn. The lobby is very nice and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our room was clean with new carpet and nice bedding. It was a little noisy but not bad. Breakfast was fine. The lovely lady-manager, Anna, is so nice, warm and welcoming, as was her assistant. This is a place I would... More

I stayed at this motel during a difficult time in life. My mother was dying and I stayed here for 2 weeks. My room had new carpeting and a very comfortable bed. It was a very spacious end room. Although it faced the busy Highway 93, I heard very little noise from traffic. The breakfast is fairly basic, but filling... More

We tried this place thinking it was better than the Super 8 nearby. It isn't. The price is right, they take pets and it is close to family. But, if you want something nicer, go elsewhere. Actually the beds are really comfortable in a sort of dirty room.

Have stayed at this property twice in the past two years. Had some troubling service experience on this trip. 1. The pillows are "half-sized" pillows. We requested additional pillows from the front desk, was told "no problem, I'll send those right up" - two days later, our additional pillows had still not arrived. 2. Our keys would quit working every... More

First off we want to thank you for staying with us. We do apologize for the pillows you requested that were not given to you. Sometimes when we get a little busy our staff can get a little sidetracked and that will never happen again. We are so sorry. Our keys are very sensitive to everything. Being around things like... Stayed one night on a road trip where I needed pet friendly. The fee was $10. Check in was quick and the clerk was helpful in that I asked about a bike trail I saw on the local map and he informed me it was further than it looked. The downside was this hotel was no where near I90 so... More

We were there 5 days and stayed for convenience mainly as it was close to where we visited and thus did not need a car. Here are my suggestions: 1.The rooms are OK but they need a really GOOD cleaning- not just the swipes they get. Clean in the corners of the bathroom especially. There were hairs and bits of... More

This is, by far, the worst place I have every stayed in. Management is rude and highly unprofessional - must be slim pickin's in Missoula for knowledgable staff. Housekeeping is terrible ...and intimidating - they like to stand around coughing and swearing on their "smoke breaks". The hotel is grimy and I would sooner sleep in my van than ever... More

We stayed in this hotel two years ago when it was recently converted from the Choice brand and also this year. Both stays were fine. The room was basic but clean. There were two queen beds, a desk, table, two chairs, good TV, good wifi. Off the street and quiet. Aircon worked fine. Breakfast was good, including biscuits and gravy... More

My girlfriend Booked and paid for room, checked in on time, had confirmation number and email confirmation that room paid in full. Alyssa, the manager, said they had over booked. She did NOTHING to make things right, Horrible customer service. They have not refunded our money and sent us away without a room. All rooms in town booked and we were... More

Our room was absolutely disgusting. There was blood stains on the bed sheets, debris in the bed, hair in the shower drain, and the entire hotel stunk like a chem lab. After fifteen minutes of being in the room, we decided not to stay, and were charged a 100% cancellation penalty. Hotel employees were unkept and unpleasant to associate with.... More
