1 year ago and last week 11 of us stayed while flyfishing. Dori and Dennis are great and so accommodating. Breakfast when we needed to fit our schedule. And so many other little things. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Recently we had a group of friends (8) attend the Paul McCartney concert in Missoula, MT. We stayed at the Butler Creek Lodge and had a fantastic time. Dorinda and Dennis greeted us upon arrival and as Dorinda showed us around the lodge Dennis put on some Beatles music to get everyone geared up for the concert. They really added... More

A perfect for location for 11 fly fishing women to stay. The lodge is set up so everyone had their own bed which is hard to find for a large group. The location is beautiful with nice lawn, picnic table, and chairs to relax in while sharing stories about the days fishing. It was a quick 20 minute drive to... More

Picturesque location, spacious and comfortable lodge with everything you could need. The location is about 20 min from downtown Missoula and right in the middle of beautiful countryside with access to great hiking trails in Forest Service land. Our group was on a work trip, but we all wished we'd had longer here!

Awsome service. Great location. Sureal feel. Fair price. If your in Missoula and dont want the normal motel this is the place. A fast drive out of town and it seems like ages. Highly recomend. Will not disappoint.

While on a recent visit to Missoula, MT we stayed at the Butler Creek Lodge. We were on a fly fishing trip. It was very comfortable, beds were great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The setting was very pretty.

A friend and I booked Butler Creek Lodge for the first 4 nights of our Montana fly fishing trip. The owner's sister Dorinda, and her husband Dennis have recently taken over management of the Lodge and are doing a fantastic job! The Lodge was full and so we were accommodated in a self-contained apartment within the main house. The apartment... More

The Butler Creek Lodge is a bit out of the way (yet only about 4 miles off the highway, and about 10-15 minutes from town) -- but it is worth it. It's a bed and breakfast in the countryside, but also in a foresty setting. Brandy, the owner, is very nice and helpful - and makes a really good breakfast.... More
