First off I am from Montana and used to cold weather. When we walked in the rooms we rented they were both were freezing... like cold cold, the heater had been turned off for seemingly quite some time and it was about 34 degrees outside. I thought I would warm up with a nice shower but the water barely got... More

Really this place was way better then a roadhouse. We were traveling after visiting the Ross Creek Cedars, didn't want to be "in town" in case there was any northern lights. This little place had a very nice room, cabin like, clean comfortable & warm. The staff was very nice, professional & helpful.

This is our second stay at this still developing RV resort. Once again it was very quiet, with only two or three other RVs in the available 41 spaces during the Labor Day weekend. Not much has changed in the last twelve months since my first visit but plans are still afoot to landscape and pave the roads and sites.... More

From our motel room (# 5) we could hear our neighbor in the next room. Not conducive to a good rest - YRMV. Plus, the local mosquito population was vigorous and well-established, including inside our room. The restaurant and bar were just fine with good service, a good hamburger, and some decent beers on tap. But the restaurant doesn't open... More

We only stayed 1 night, because we were just traveling through. The room looked great and was very clean. You can see some of the lake from the deck through the trees. Everyone we talked to was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant there, great service, good prices, and great food.

In about 2 or 3 years time this will be a top class little RV park. Set in a clearing and surrounded by mature pine trees , there are 41 sites, 12 of which are pull through. All sites appear to have full hook up (50, 30 & 20 amp), water, sewer and satellite TV connection (just need your own... More

We stay at this lodge when we visit my cousin in Marion. It is not luxurious, but the food in the restaurant more than makes up for that. Everything we tried was delicious. There is a full service bar as well and some local wines that are very special. A word of warning, you will need mosquito repellant, but it... More

We stayed in the new campground across the road. Still under contstruction but will be nice with big clean bathrooms and shower stalls. Laundry. All hook ups. Quite even tho it is a little close to the hwy. People who own it are wonderful and you can walk over to the bar and get dinners. the food is great.
