Very nice stay, the bed was a little hard and the room a bit small but for the price, no complaints at all. All the staff were wonderful. Didn't use the pool but it's nice that it's open 24 hours. The breakfast was pretty good, though the only fruit was already cut up and/or canned. An apple or a banana... More

We asked for a quiet room and Erin said that would be no problem, when we arrived we were given a room NEXT to the stairs and elevator, and above a huge exhaust fan next to the pool that cycled off and on every 5 minutes, it sounded like a jet engine! The train whistle blow every 15-30 minutes too.... More

Had engine trouble in our motorhome and this was across the street from where we had it worked on. The staff were very helpful and friendly right from the start, it was a nice change from the inconsiderate, unconcerned staff from the service area across the street. Our room was very nice and included a couple of nice heavy duty... More

My husband and I had decided to stay at the Best Western in Laurel, as a less expensive alternative to the Billings Best Western (Laurel is only 18 miles west of Billings). We were a bit hesitant at first about staying in Laurel (oil refinery/industrial town), but we had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Best Western. Accommodations were clean,... More

We planned on staying one night during a business trip but ending up staying two nights to wait for a package that was delayed in shipping. The hotel staff, especially Erin, was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help us. The hotel room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our... More

Excellent facility - easy to find. - very clean and many restaurants near by. Stayed in a room for accessible bathroom and found this set up the best and safest I have ever used. Friendly staff and helpful.

This is our go to place for stopping in or out of Billings, MT and/or airport to pick up friends and family. Nothing fancy, just good and steady. Convenient access and convenient for a getting an early start to Yellowstone, Tetons or Red Lodge. More affordable than other area hotels.

We were traveling to Seattle, WA from Indianapolis, IN with 3 kids. This hotel made an exception and gave us a great deal on a room for the night after we had a tire blow out on I-90 at a time when all tire shops were closed. The staff was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions of where we could... More

Check in was good except I first was given a room on a floor that accepts dogs. I was not told that up front but read a sign on the desk that stated that floor accepted dogs. Think I should have been advised up front. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very nice as they... More
