Well, it's a Best Western that is a little pricey for the area, and for what is offered. Only stayed here because it was paid for by points. For those paying, it is cheaper than staying in Billings. Room was fine, clean and relatively quiet.

Exterior appealing..rooms not so much. Carpet really needs replacing and room we had was quite cramped compared to others on our road trip. It was quiet even though hotel was full. Breakfast was very good and the staff engaging....cozy eating area.

I stayed here twice on the way to Las Vegas and back. I enjoyed how quit and clean the suites were. The breakfast was hearty and it helped that the spa & pool was open 24 hours. The location was perfect as the I-15, WalMart, McDonald's and gas stations weren't far away. If I were to venture through Montana again,... More

Short stay, room was ok except that it was not very clean (dirty kleenex on the floor). Front desk staff was friendly - they told us that they had a great breakfast... After this comment, maybe our expectations were too high... Breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional!

Chose hotel as we were looking for a hot tub/spa. No blower to create bubbles in spa, just warm water to sit in. Breakfast had powdered crumbly scrambled eggs, have been to other Best Western's that used real eggs. No Belgian waffle maker. Could not adjust TV volume or change channel using remote or manually on TV. Beds were comfortable... More

Very nice BW. Good rest in a quiet setting. Good breakfast with eggs and meat. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend! They had a group in, so it was full, but was handled very well. Recommended good restaurant within easy walking distance. Rooms were well insulated and quiet even tho' there were a lot of kids. Good job, Yellowstone Crossing! Hope... More

Stayed here overnight for a business trip. I had WIFI but it was blocking everything & not working properly. I couldn't even access my email which sucked. The beds were a little on the hard side. Continental breakfast was okay but I've had better at other hotels. Coffee was hot & strong.

The motel was a nice place to stay except for the cooling unit which was just outside of our window running all night long keeping my wife awake. She even went so far as to use ear plugs in an attempt to get some sleep to no avail. The pool looked like a great amenity. Too bad I did not... More

We try to schedule the first night of our road trips to stay at this Best Western. You can lulled to sleep by the distant sound of the railroad and the rooms are always spotless. The fresh popped pop corn is a real plus
