My pickup broke down near here and ended up staying here 4 nights. Found the room very comfortable with a King size bed, a nice flat screen TV with a great selection of channels, a good work area and a comfortable lounger. The breakfast was very good with very friendly and helpful attendants. Check in and out was fast and... More

Breakfast was good, The room was good and a good price. Internet worked well and was glad of that. Previous places the internet did not work well at all. Front desk very friendly. Would recommend to any medium budget traveler.

On a 3 week road trip and have stayed at many hotels. This was one of the nicest hotels for the money. Clean, good location and helpful staff. If you are going to Yellowstone don't make the mistake of taking hwy 212. It is the road that you turn off of to get to the hotel. The drive is gruesome.... More

The room was average at best and the hotel did seem just a little dated, however the staff was great and the breakfast was well above average. Parking was a little tight as someone in a large construction vehicle took up about 8 spots but apparently the staff couldn't find out who owned it (no fault of theirs). I would... More

Given the increase in hotel rates around Billings, this place is an excellent value for price. The room was excellent and the property is clearly well tended. The breakfast is included in the price and was a great quality offering. There are hotels priced 30-50% higher that were half the value of this place. The staff were friendly and available... More

Very attentive and had our rooms right away and close together. Breakfast was great. would stay there for sure again. The rooms were great. Cool when we got in them and the suggestion for the restaurant we went to was great.

We stayed at a very busy time (state fair, stopping place to Sturgis & a convention) over a 3 day weekend and would stay here again! The hotel's grounds, pool, eating area and our room was kept especially clean even while the hotel was booked solid. We especially enjoyed the 24 hour pool, fresh hot popcorn every afternoon and the... More

Nice hotel! Good pool and breakfast. Just stopped in on our road trip. Busy area. Bear Tooth Grill next door had great pizza! Oil refinery across the interstate but didn't notice it much. Seriously going to stop writing reviews with this character minimum!

Best Western has three "grades" of properties, and this is the lowest. Ha, HA, it was a better experience than two of the "plus" hotels that we have stayed on for this trip, and about even with the rest (at much lower cost!). Dee, the desk person, made me feel at home the moment I walked in. She was caring,... More

I was very surprised at how much cheaper it was to stay in Laurel versus Billings or Red Lodge The rooms were great, the TV nice and big and the breakfast in the morning was very good. This is a great stop over prior to Yellowstone Park.
