As part of a long road trip, we spent last night at the Best Western Yellowstone Crossing in Laurel and had a great experience. This is a beautiful Best Western! I don't know if it is a new hotel, but it certainly looks like it is. The property is very well maintained with a beautifully furnished lobby and breakfast room.... More

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly, full breakfast. Good value, excellent restaurant around the corner. The "review must have 200 characters" so I am adding these to fulfill this nonsensical requirement. No fault of the hotel itself.

As I was exiting the Interstate I could see the factory (refinery?) smokestacks emitting smoke and fire and I said to myself "oh oh". The whole area did not smell nice. When I checked in at like 4 pm I was denied my top floor request, a request I made in January. They told me that they were already sold... More

Overall the hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately I was in a room next to a group of late night drinkers (I believe it was some type of bike week during my stay). But, that's not the hotel's fault so, it's definitely a nice place especially for the price.

We recently have switched our choice to Best Western Hotels. You can depend on them to meet your needs. They are clean, inviting and have all the ameties that we need and want. All in all the price to stay at a Best Western is averge and fare, although I do wish that a few would not be so costly.... More

Overall experience was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were also very good: hot tub and pool were very relaxing after a days long drive. The room was clean and the bed was comforting. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean room, comfy bed, everything very good on the room side... Plenty of parking available outside, McDonalds right next door to the hotel. However, my only 'gripe' would be that the payment on my Pre-Paid MasterCard was messed up... On arrival, I asked the Receptionist more than three times to make sure that the transaction went through as a SALE... More

Laurel is a town just outside of Billings. This Best Western was a wonderful find. Our room had a bed in one room with French doors separating it from the sitting area. We had a refrigerator and a microwave. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. You can hear the train go by at night (it went... More

Nestled between an oil refinery and a rail yard just off of I-90 in Laurel is this surprisingly well kept, cozy hotel. You can expect friendly service, clean, comfortable rooms, and a satisfying, hot breakfast. Facilities include a swimming pool, exercise room, laundry room, and a small arcade. Room rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel as a... More

Since my daughter moved to Laurel, we've stayed at this hotel several times. I am very pleased with the quality of the accommodations at the price they charge. By far the best hotel in the area. The staff are very professional and helpful, and this hotel is located near everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.
