Motel is clean and tidy rooms and beds have been comfortable one of the best complimentary breakfast you will get at any motel . If we are going through this way again and the schedule... More

We really liked the hotel. Everything was very satisfactory. The room was large and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. If I had to come up with something negative it would be there is limited parking.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Pool and breakfast were nice. Beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Price was much less then others we stayed at on our trip from Wisconsin to Yellowstone and back. Quality better than ones we paid more for.

Keys did not work. Make the reservations months and months ago but when we checked in they separated our rooms and said what did we expect for just booking. Front desk was not customer service. Laundry room OK NOT GREAT by any means. Breakfast was OK. Rooms were OK. Exercise room was a temper turn of 85. Could not use.... More

I reserved 4 rooms for a family group that came from Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. Rooms worked out fine for us. The noise from trains all night made sleeping a problem. Didn't get the best rest because of that noise. I am Best Western member with high usage and was never acknowledged nor offered a room upgrade. LaQuinta (I am... More

I was welcomed by a friendly helpful desk clerk. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. Restaurants were close by. The breakfast was not up to the quality that other hotels that I stayed at and had a similar price. I would stay again, but go to a fast food for breakfast.

The stay a Laurel, MT was just perfect before dealing with the business of Billings just 15 minutes away. I will continue to use their services. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and it is an easy place to relax for a day or two. There are also many close food, shopping and gas stations nearby.

The rooms are very nice, and the Hotel Staff are friendly and efficient. We liked our room with the exception that a McDonalds drive through and some type of processing plant could be heard until both shut down at about 10:00 or 11:00 PM. The complimentary breakfasts are standard hotel fare, however they are somewhat tolerable even after staying at... More

We had a great stay at this Best western. It was so conveniently located past the big city of Billings where they say crime is abundant. We played pacman while we washed a week's clothes in the guest laundry. Breakfast was great. Hate I forgot the sweet little housekeeper's name that turned in my laptop that I had left behind... Stayed here night before entering Yellowstone National Park. Rooms were clean and generous. Breakfast was standard continental food. Free popcorn in lobby was popular. Did laundry using both washers and dryers which was nice not having to do a single load at a time.

Thank you for taking the time to write a great review on us. We are frequently called the gateway hotel to Yellowstone National Park. The housekeepers work very hard to keep the rooms up to date and clean for our guests to enjoy. We have a wonderful breakfast bar open from 5am to 10am, with a little bit of everything... More
