The negative reviews are accurate. I wish I had read them before I booked. I remembered the Outlaw 30 years ago. Then it was the best in town. I thought that was what I was getting. Instead, we got filthy bathrooms, no security, a hotel complex that is run down. This is ghetto. I'll never stay here again. more

Exterior of Hotel is in need of paint and repairs, big time ..the street appeal is just not there, looks run down. The lobby area has been updated and the staff were good. Old, not very clean, staff not very accomodating, half of the rooms are shut down, internet access never works, old TV's, just not up to date on everything. Haven't seen any changes in the last 3 stays. Go across the street to the new Hilton Garden. We like it there. more

Ok, I was reading reviews of the Oulaw and was worried by what I had saw. When I arrived, I did notice the sign that appologized for the renovations. After my visit with the desk staff (who were polite) I found out that my room was not in the newly renovated area and prepared myself as I opened the door.... more
