We saw a advertisement in a local newspaper with a deal for $79 for a queen room. We got a very big room with a king bed. There's nothing special about this hotel. In our bathroom were some hairs of former guests. We reported this to the girl at the front desk, who promised this would be dealt with during... more

We booked a room at the Outlaw not expecting much, infact we were slightly worried as there are so many poor reviews. It was the cost per night that was so appealling as all we wanted was a place to stay for one night. When we got there there was only a smoking room with 2 beds available so the... more

I will admit my first impression was colored by the fight that occured in the parking lot at checkin requiring us to call 911. Then, the only other guests staying at this time where the same individuals involved in the fight! Aside from that though, the staff is very nice and tries hard... but it's hard to overcome the world's... more

When I checked in, I asked the clerk if the hotel was really as bad and scary as some of the reviews indicated. She said most of the complaints were due to staff getting stressed out and not responding quickly enough to requests for towels, etc etc when they were busy. She then gave me an incredibly nice room, clean... more

We are presently staying in this hotel due to relocation. If you think the regular rooms are bad, you should try the extended stay rooms! It's pretty gross. The people a bit scary. We immediately went to the store and bought all the disinfectant we could find. The room had not been cleaned in god only knows how long. I... more

I stayed at the Outlaw last summer and was some what confused with rooms and service. This year it was a awesome trip. Remember this is a old Hotel and is well worn. My room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and made my stay very relaxing. We ate in the restruant, the menu was very... more

We stayed at the Outlaw since it was one of the lowest rates we could find. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was ok. It was clean but the bath towels were missing. They delivered more towels right after we called the desk. The beds were very hard and both the room and bathroom were showing quite a... more

All told, we had a decent stay here. We rolled in at 9:00pm on a Saturday night and asked for a room. They suggested a King room and asked if we wanted to look at it. We did and then they couldn't find two cots, so they offered us a 2 queen room with no a/c. We checked it out... more
