We booked this by phone and arrived in the very late afternoon on a Friday...we didn't have to worry about the public parking as the next day we would have been gone before they started charging. It is my understanding that the hotel takes care of the charges per se but finding a spot was pretty tricky that late on... More

Stayed at the Grand Hotel for two nights in Sept. and found it a very wise choice. The reviews on Trip Advisor are very helpful to inform travelers as to what they can expect from this hotel. As others have mentioned, the downtown streets and location can be a distraction to light sleepers but we always travel with a small... More

A little late writing this as we stayed for one night on July 3 while passing through from Spokane to Glacier. There was a glich with the room we got - it was not what i had reserved but it was late and we were exhausted from traveling so we just got some sleep and mentioned it at the desk... More

We originally had booked all 6 nights of our trip here, but once I did a forum post about Glacier national park and was informed of how far of a drive this would be everyday to get into the park we changed it to 1 night. So we just kept this hotel for our first night since we were driving... More

We decided to break up the drive from Glacier to Coeur d Alene with an overnight stop in Kalispell and based on reviews we read on TA, decided on the Kalispell Grand. It was a lovely spot, spacious clean rooms, fine breakfast assortment - accommodating staff. AC condenser on the roof was quite noisy so bring ear plugs if you... More

This hotel is marvellous and so are all the people who work there! Soo much character, clean comfortable rooms. Travelling with dogs and they were welcomed as well. We received help at every turn. Storing items in fridge, helping and allowing us to use their lobby for a 40th birthday Cake after our dinner out! Thanks again for a great... More

Had a lovely stay at this quaint historic hotel as a beginning to our Glacier NationalPark trip. Right in down town Kalispell, it was easy to find. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was adequately sized for 2. The staff were personable and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with crispy oatmeal and quiche among the offerings. Homemade cookies... More

Arrived after a 15-minute drive from Glacier Park International Airport. The building is right on Main St in Kalispell and is old but by no means run down. I loved the lobby with its old piano and a safe used as a base for some of the breakfast items. Staff were extremely welcoming and the hospitality was excellent throughout our... More

I organised 10 rooms at this hotel as part of a group tour through the USA. When we arrived I wasn't sure whether I had ordered the right place, but as soon as we entered the main doors we knew it was a seriously cool place. We were welcomed by the owner and lady I had organised reservations with and... More
