My husband and i booked a cabin for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. Our room had a fireplace and was just awesome. The food was excellent! So was the waiter. The natural hot springs was so relaxing and crystal clear very impressive!! The most impressive part of the entire stay was our experience in the lounge. The bartender jacob was... More

We have stayed here on and off over the years. The pool has an open roof after the old one fell in many years ago but it is good to look at the sky. Great water. The restaurant was amazingly good considering The water in town is so hot it has to cool to be used. Imagine warm water in... More

I spent an overnight here. The ambience was perfect for an "out west" experience - including knotty pine walls and mounted animal heads. The food adequate and somewhat pricey - at least for the main courses. Frozen twice baked potatoes should not accompany a $28 steak. Bartender is a nice guy and the bar prices were good. The pool is... More

I enjoyed my experience at Jackson Hot Springs very much. The rooms were very nice as well as the lodge and restaurant. The springs made my bodyfeel very relaxed and soothed my joints and bones.I will recomend this place to all my friends. Thank you for the experience.

Wife, a friend and myself visited for lunch and hot springs. Could not have had a more pleasant experience. Facility is historic and rustic. Very pleasantly rustic. Our waitress in dining room very pleasant, friendly and helpful learned a lot about area and history from her. Rest of staff were similarly helpful. Hot springs pool was great. Temp was perfect.

Stayed here one night. People very friendly, western ambiance is great, room was huge and geothermally heated, springs pool is HOT, restaurant food was good (but on the expensive side). I am a sucker for a classic Western lodge and this is the place to experience that. I could have stayed another couple of days very happily soaking my way... More

Ok, so first, the lodge is in an area that has way more cattle than people. Jackson is one of the two tiny towns in the beautiful and remote Big Hole Valley. We spent one night on a road trip; we chose it because of the hot springs, and decided to chance it despite the negative reviews on TA. I'm... More

We were passing through town and needed to stop for lunch. There were two choices, this one and another restaurant. We happened to visit the other first but it was empty (never a good sign) and so walked right back out and over to Jackson Hot Springs Lodge. I was simply amazed by the big hall/bar/pool table area. I am... More

You've shown your true colors when you mistreated Daniel Suelo as he's written here: It was so refreshing after dealing with many unbelievably unfriendly, inhospitable people in Jackson and Wisdom (in Beaverhead county for the most part), especially the people at the Hot Springs Lodge. We simply asked them for food they were throwing away, and we graciously left, without... More

We stayed in one of the duplex rooms. We were warned that the walls were thin, but this is ridiculous. We literally heard everything our neighbors said, every.single.snore. I wouldn't stay in one of those rooms again. We should have camped in their yard. Did I mention the walls are paper thin? Shared bathroom was clean. We ate at the... More
