I love the mountain biking in Helena and try to stay downtown and close to the south hills. Nothing like biking from your hotel to the singletrack then riding down to the pub for a pint. The Park Plaza was newly renovated, there was still a little work to be done. I liked the atmosphere of the lobby. Stayed at hotel for my anniversary. Had a pleasant stay. Nice jacuzzi suite!! Staff was wonderful and the restaurant is probably the best Holiday Inn restaurant I have ever eaten in. Fantastic Food!!!! Two thumbs up!!! Plenty to do downtown!!!! more

Heater did not work that night. Rooms were remodeled but the bathrooms and the airducts. Found bugs in my room. Lack of professionalism. Employees at the Front Desk were wearing SCRUBS and an "I don't care" attitude. Do not go there!! more
