Clean and modern. Quality Inn in Helena was one of the nicer Quality's I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and prompt. Rooms were up to date, clean and large. The shower was great, had lots of water pressure and the bathroom was large.

While we were only passing thru town and needed an over stay, I don't think we would choose this location for a real family stay. We didn't like the area, the grounds were not that well maintained, and the room was average.

Although this property is not a five star, you get a good night sleep and free breakfast in the morning. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable, tv had plenty of channels and the wifi worked without any issues.... More

My fiancee and I planned a motorcycle tour of Montana. I drove out from NC with the bikes and she flew in on July 12. I left NC on July 7 so I could do some sight seeing while in route. I needed a place to leave my truck and trailer for the week we would be touring the state.... More

A family reunion brought us to Helena, Mt. The property manager, P.K. Gandhi, went above and beyond to make our stay a special experience. Car trouble delayed our departure and he allowed us to keep our "group" rate until resolved, even offering use of his own vehicle if needed. There may be "fancier" hotels with bigger breakfast choices included, but... More

My three-day stay at the Quality Inn Helena was a mixed experience. The hotel is a convenient and quiet location. The room was clean and spacious. However, the cable TV did not work and I was only able to access a few channels. I did mention this to the desk clerk on the second night and he said that it... More

As a regular customer of the Choice Hotels, I was very disappointed in this Hotel. The used bar of soap in the shower along with a couple of short/curly hairs were the icing on the cake. I didn't discover them until morning when I went to take a shower. I like to stream baseball games when I travel, however internet... More

We found this to be a nice hotel, clean large rooms if a little overfull with furniture. The bathroom lights were very bright and illuminated everything possible in the room. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was standard fare for a Quality Inn and kept well stocked. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is... More

Spent two nights at the Quality Inn in Helena, Mt. Large and roomy lower level room at a reasonable price. The location was just fine for us. We enjoyed our stay! Quite and conveniently located next to Kmart, which turned out to be a plus. Kmart had Montana sweatshirts for less than $20. Always enjoy the option of a hot... More

The location is near the freeway and not close to any other hotels. However, I found the room very comfortable, especially for the price. The room was spotless and had new carpeting. The bed was comfortable, and I didn't hear much noise. During the day I had the window opened. Unlike what other travelers found, I found the furnishings to... More
