Deer Crossing is a must when coming through west Montana. The hosts, Stu and Linda and friendly, sweet, and welcoming. They are easy going and offer up themselves as well as their magnificent B&B. Do not pass this B&B.

This was the first B&B we ever went to. Since then we only stay in bed and breakfasts unless we have to stay in a hotel. Stu and Linda are such wonderful, friendly folks and their breakfasts are delicious. We only stayed one night but it was so relaxing, beautiful views, the room was wonderful with views from every window.... More

My husband and I have stayed at multiple B & B throughout the USA and England/Ireland. Deer Crossings was outstanding. Our room was clean and comfortable with our own private balcony to look down the mountainside. We saw multiple deer and turkeys up close. The B & B has a classic Western décor. Breakfasts were fantastic with pancakes, bacon, sausage,... More

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were fine, the hospitality was wonderful. Only problem is that there is no air conditioning and it was 105 degrees in the mountains while we were there., Otherwise, it was wonderful--even has a great yellow tomcat who thinks he is in charge but who will be glad... What a find! This is the ultimate in beautiful easy feeling just sitting on the porch of the cabin, watching the horses in the valley, while catching an occasional sight of deer. Stu and Linda are the ultimate hosts, making us feel right at home and serving a fantastic breakfast Only problem is we could only stay one night .We... More

We were only able to stay one night at Deer Crossing Bed and Breakfast on our journey thru Montana. We now wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful and quiet BB. The hosts Stu and Linda run a very clean, friendly, and rustic retreat. The horses and donkey add a great touch to the well organized property. The... More

I spent three nights at Deer Crossing while fishing in and around the Bitterroot valley. It's one of the best places I have ever stayed - Stu and Linda are hugely welcoming and helpful, the cabin was really comfortable and very peaceful, breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect. I could not recommend Deer Crossing highly enough.

What a most delightful & memorable weekend! I was asked to stay a few extra days in Hamilton recently for a client project. Little did I know I would not want to return home to Ohio after my 4 day visit! The glorious scenery, nature, animals and "peace" found at the Deer Crossing B&B causes one to pause and truly... Hubby & I were on 3 wk road trip and found this gem for one night between Stanley, ID and Flathead Lake, MT. What a paradise! We were the only one's there and the hubs watched hockey with our host that night. I explored the acreage (lovely cabins with comfy porches and great views). Saw a herd of elk in... More
