Hotel was 5 miles from Yellowstone and a very convenient location. As expected, cost was high for the type of hotel, due to closeness to Yellowstone. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good, hot and varied. Internet service was spotty and slow. Rooms were in two-story buildings with no elevator. We were on a week-long trip so had... More

The hotel was fairly nice, clean and very accommodating. We booked at the last minute in August so we were happy to find anything at all. Very high prices for the type of hotel it is, but I do understand that they charge what the market will stand. Even the influx of gnats is understandable, considering the close proximity to... More

Can not beat the location , mere yards from the Roosevelt arch ( north gate) . Even the town of Gardiner is pretty cool , it has a little something for everybody . Hotel was very quiet an clean and well run . Would definitely stay here again , next time we go to Yellowstone

Awesome hotel, conveniently located, excellent service. Wonderful buffet breakfast included. Enjoyable view of mountains. Very accommodating staff - we have stayed there often when visiting Yellowstone National Park.

We are a family of 4 staying in one room - spacious enough- and enjoying the free tea and wifi: a pleasant change from our previous cabin. So far, so good! I have enjoyed sitting in their swing seat enjoying the countryside beyond, so all very relaxing.

We were very impressed with our stay. We had two rooms and no one had any complaints. Excellent location for doing one side of Yellowstone, spend the night and do the other side on the way back to Jackson, Wy. The room was clean and looked to be recently remodeled because it was very up to date. Quality toiletries which... More

Stayed here for four nights on our trip to Yellowstone. Room was a standard best western room. $80 in any other city, more than 2x that here - you'll pay to stay near a National Park. It was a standard hotel room - clean enough, OK bed, reliable hot water, and attentive front desk staff. We stayed on the River... More

Stayed at the Best Western Plus by Mammoth Hot Springs for one night. Hotel is pet friendly and shortly after checking-in, a dog was yapping. Another guest and our party complained to the main desk and they had the dog quiet in a few minutes. In the morning, there was another one yapping which we ignored because we were leaving.... More

There was a lot of confusion concerning the reservation. We are handicapped and were placed in a room down 16 steps. Also, our reservation indicated we had been charged the first night's deposit at the time the reservation was made which then caused confusion at the time of check-out. There were safety issues with the deck and railing. Also, the... More

We got a really nice large suite with two beds, kitchen, and a pullout bed on the couch. So far for our road trip this was the best hotel. The decor in the room reminds me of Montana. The town is small but it's close to the north side of Yellowstone which was nice.
