This is located in Gardiner, MT, just outside the north entrance of Yellowstone. Gardiner is smaller, quieter, and much less touristy than West Yellowstone, MT. This inn is near the edge of town; guests can enjoy a view of the surrounding hills instead of traffic. Our two bedroom suite was larger than an apartment! It allowed our family to spread... More

I and my wife stayed here 2 nights when visiting Yellowstone. We get all the rest we needed as the room was quite spacious, clean and comfy. If the room wasn't heading the parking lot side, it would be perfectly quiet. Which leads to - why are car remote signals connected to horn in US?! People wants to sleep. Price... More

Amazing little hotel! Everyone was super friendly, rooms were clean and everyone was so helpful! The family that owns this also knows a ton about the area.....I would stay here again and again! I thought the price was fair.

This is a family owned hotel and it definitely has that feel! We would love to come back here again. The rooms were nicely decorated (loved the quilt blankets), clean and spacious. The breakfast was a little slim but with the frig in the room we had our own breakfast. Beautiful views wherever you go in this area. Keep up... More

I chose the Village Inn from the excellent TripAdvisor reviews. The hotel position is very good for visiting Yellowstone National Park. We found that the king bedroom was very comfortable and nicely decorated but would have like the chairs provided to be higher so that we could actually reach the table. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the... More

We found this to be a really good base for visiting Yellowstone. We had one of their family rooms which had plenty of room for a family of four. Quiet, clean room, which is well set up but has hard beds. The breakfast is adequate with a mix of bagels, toast, muffins and apples. However the breakfast room only has... More

We had a one night stop before an early start to look for wildlife in the Lamar Valley. Our room was comfortable, but not particularly quiet, as there was a lot of pedestrian traffic along the corridors (but no vehicular traffic outside the room as it's set back from the road). The breakfast, available from 6.30, is very basic with... More

We stayed here three nights in September while touring Yellowstone NP. It is conveniently located just north of the entrance to Yellowstone and close to downtown Gardiner. We had a two bedroom suites with full kitchen and living room accommodations. The rooms have been recently renovated, and are kept very clean. There was a porch with seating and a picnic... More

This is fairly new place just north of Yellowstone Park which avoids the very expensive in park accommodation costs. Our twin room was spacious with fridge and flat screen T.V. There are obvious efforts to keep these rooms clean and well maintained. We had booked via their web page and amended our stay from 4 nights to 3 with plenty... More

During our trip to North Yellowstone Park we stayed at the Yellowstone Village Inn based on the reviews of fellow travelers on the Trip Advisor site. We couldn't have made a better choice, It appears to be fairly new and very clean with a very friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the KIng suite. We needed the extra room as... More
