This hotel is located right outside the North Yellowstone entrance. It is a decent and convenient option. The air-conditioning was a huge plus as it was hot during our stay and the hotels within the park do not have air conditioning. We stayed in the John Wayne room and paid about $200 per night. We were upstairs and there was... More

A comfortable, clean stay between exhausting days of hiking and exploring. All things considered, the comfort and safety are worth the money and are key to making your Yellowstone experience a positive and memorable one. The antler and cabin theme was very cozy and the kids thought they were sleeping in the forest.

A good hotel close to the north entrance of Yellowstone NP, not much more to tell,,clean room, small breakfast area though. Lots of parking space. Bars and restaurants are within reasonable walking distance.

Stayed just before Yellowsone closed, and in spite of our booking being after their closing date, they stayed open for us. Great service! Being thier on our own we were given lots of informaton about Yellowstone and where to go. Family owned, who were very helpful. Lived up to their Tripadvisor billing. Ideal for those who want to see the... More

This place is the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed and I have traveled a lot. This family owned place is great. Most friendly staff ever. They have light breakfast in the mornings and a pool if you have the time to swim....Perfect place to stay if you going to go in and out of Yellowstone.....A must stay.....

Free wifi. Great welcoming staff. Rooms with everything you would expect, quiet and clean. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home about either. Self-service breakfast of muffins and bagels included.

We stayed at this hotel in early October, 2015 and only because the other hotels were all booked up. The room was clean, the staff was nice. The price was outrageous. $170/night. Breakfast is minimal, muffins, bagels, coffee. Meh.

As far as the hotel itself and its rooms, they are clean & pretty average. What stood out for us was the warmth & helpfulness of the staff! Hey it's still cheaper than staying in the park and there's TV too!

We arrived before dinner when 4 elk were browsing in the front yard, and eventually checked in after getting a few pictures of them. Our room was first floor, near the front desk, within sight of the scenic wildlife and the beautiful view across the road. It was roomy and clean, but the tubular coat rack was too close to... More

The location and staff are the plusses here. Just a couple minutes from the NW entry point to Yellowstone National Park and 10 minutes from Mammoth Hot springs, the location is great - for a fraction of the price of Park lodging. The Gardiner river runs across the road. Elk and antelope were in the front grounds. A Gardiner River... More
