We stayed two nights and absolutely enjoyed the small cabins. The cabins are very updated with great amenities. So peaceful and in a great location near East Glacier town. We enjoyed our stay but the drive to the East Glacier entrance did get annoying. The owner was extremely friendly and very welcoming. This is a great place to crash!

We've stayed at other places in the past, including the Lodge, when visiting East Glacier, but that was before we discovered Travelers Rest Lodge. There is no comparison as the cabins are just lovely! So clean, quiet, and nicely furnished with a small kitchen to really make you feel at home. The owners are so very accommodating and kind, you... Stayed one night and found this to be very clean and comfortable. Our hosts Bob & Diane are great people anxious to make your stay pleasant and a wealth of information for local happenings. The cabin was very clean with a small kitchen and nice bath. Comfortable bed and nice sitting area around a gas fireplace. To say its outside... More

Diane and Mr. Diane (Bob) were such wonderful hosts. Our cabin was just great with lots of room; small kitchen, bathroom with closet space and the most incredible view of snow covered mountains. We loved our little of piece of East Glacier. I highly recommended Travelers Rest Lodge. Diane and Bob were just like visiting old friends. Hope to come... More

Really pleasant cabin, nicely furnished and handily sited just outside town but still near the restaurants and cafes. The owners were welcoming and the cabin had everything for a comfortable stay. Neither train nor road noise was an issue.

We visited Glacier in the 2nd half of September for some backcountry camping and opted to stay at TR in between. We stayed 3 nights in 3 different cabins since we were in and out. I can attest to the consistent quality of the cabins, very clean, spacious, comfy beds, warm and cozy with the gas fireplace. Diane was super... More

We stayed here for three nights while exploring Glacier. I didn't want to stay in one of the park lodges because they're too touristy and overpriced. We were coming from LA so we wanted the full Montana experience so staying in a cabin was a must. I'm a clean freak and the tiniest noise bothers me. With that said, after... More

The cabin at Traveler's Rest Lodge was such a welcome reprieve after spending a month working in the area and a perfect launching-point for our trip through Glacier. East Glacier is an adorable town at the entrance of the park and after researching the many places to stay, TRL was clearly the best quality and value. Our cabin had so... More

We had the large cabin at the rear for two nights while we were touring GNP. The cabin was spacious, had two nice queen beds, a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, and a dining table. I enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and enjoying the beautiful Montana countryside. It is very peaceful here – you may hear an occasional train... More

Diane and Bob are great hosts!! We stayed for one night in the Bunk House cabin. Bob constructed the room from reclaimed lumber--very unique!! Small but contained a loft for added sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with needed utensils and large coffee pot! Beautiful location--We would stay again! Susan and James from Texas
