I stayed at this lodge with my husband during our recent visit to Glacier National Park. We found Travelers Rest to be a perfect base, with all the comforts required. We had a cute wooden cabin all for ourselves: the cabin includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a lounge area with fireplace (open space). Breakfast is not served at the lodge,... More

We spent four nights in a cabin and really enjoyed our stay. The beds are confortable, the cabin perfectly clean and well kept, and feels cosy. We could relax on the porch after visiting and hiking each day in Glacier Park. Nice welcome with helpful advice and explanations concerning the area. The place is much nicer than others at East... This trip involved 8000 miles of driving and 21 nights of staying in motels throught northwest and western part of the United States. Some great nights, some ok and some not so good. The Travelers Rest was perfect our travels. We would strongly recommend this location for those traveling through this area.

Stayed here for one night on our way into Glacier. I really liked the setup of the cabins...very comfortable and nicely decorated, comfortable bed, nice front porch, very clean. It is near the highway and a railroad track, but that wasn't really an issue sound wise. I didn't have much interaction with the hosts with the exception of the check-in... More

We stayed three nights at Traveler's Rest in mid-September, 2012. Very modern accommodations; each cabin sits separately, so no noise issues. A gas fireplace heats the cabin using a thermostat control; full kitchen; very comfortable beds, modern bathroom. Hosts were very pleasant except when we got makeup on the white towels. But it washed out. We would love to come... More

It is a clean and very nice cabin. I stayed there two nights. Yes, the train came by regularly, but it did not bother me. The owners are very nice. There is a kitchen, with refrigerator and microwave, plenty of outlets and there is also, a gas fireplace. The bathroom is spacious and everything is clean.

Stayed here for one night on a trip through Glacier National Park. We had a long day travelling down from Calgary & were crossing the park the next day, the last day the Going To The Sun road was fully open. We were expecting a cabin but had been given the loft instead. Unfortunately, we were so tired we didn't... More

This was a wonderful surprise. A tiny little cabin with a full kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, comfy bed and nice bath. Very clean and the owners are very nice. The cabin is located in an Aspen grove and there is a Tepee set up in the front of the property. The cabin had a small deck and we... More

We stayed at the Travelers Rest Lodge for three nights at the end of August. We found the Lodge location perfect for us, as we visited the various parts of glacier as well as Waterton Lake in Alberta. Our cabin was lovely, quiet and clean. We used the fireplace a couple of the nights to ward off the chill in... More

We stayed for four nights in August. Our cabin was clean, roomy and like new; just as described by others. We weren't bothered by train or traffic noise. And we appreciated the fireplace as a couple of the nights were quite cool. We didn't mind not having a television or internet. We were on vacation to disconnect! The cabin was wonderful... More
