Ok, Let me be clear: This ain't the Ritz. :-) But the selling point is the owners/inn keepers. They are locals who truely must have a passion for the business. It's evident from the well cared for lawn, charming flower pots, water cooler and expert knowledge of the area. So, if you're not familiar with the area, these lovely people... more

We made a last minute trip out to East Glacier to see the park in the end of the season. The Inn keepers were fantastic. The room is a little dated and the bed was hard, but it was a great location, very affordable and super clean. I will definitely stay here again! more

We reserved 2 rooms on one days notice in the middle of summer. (They were full by the time we arrived.) Had no previous knowledge of where to stay and we sure got lucky. It was POURING rain all day and we were traveling on motorcycles. The owner, Terry and his wife were so gracious, they even persuaded us dry... more

We stayed here 5 nights in Aug.'09 based on what other readers had posted. It indeed was a very clean motel and nothing fancy but we didn't need a fancy place. Terry and his motther, Doris were very personable and gracious. I had problems getting free wi-fi access in our room. The next day while in registration office Doris told... more

I chose this motel based on reviews on this site. They are correct! What a dollar value for such cleanliness and great owners/innkeepers! It was like staying with a great older relative. (I'm 60.) You are made to feel so at home. The owners are very knowledgeable about the area and Glacier Park and it is so convenient to a... more

The owners were super friendly. The room was huge (2 Queens with 3 chairs, coffee table, large study table, TV). The bathroom was so nice (clean, spacious). Only a few miles away from Two Medicine entrance. we could find it w/o difficulty. Great motel ever!!! more

After a long flight and drive, this motel was a nice welcome to Glacier park. It's a simple motel but met our needs. We were not looking for anything fancy. The surrounding area is park-like and peaceful. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful. We did not have any problems and would stay there again. more

We stayed at the Mt. Pine Motel for two nights during our tour of Glacier. As others have said, the motel is older and doesn't have a lot of frills, but our room was spotless and quite comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk to most everything. There is a hostel with a bakery/cafe that has internet... more

This is the typical, old school, roadside motel. The people that run hotel were very nice. The hotel has a GREAT location. East Glacier is small and you can walk to the majority of the restaurants in the town. The room was very clean. Bed was ok, old. You basically get a good value and don't expect much. Our stay... more
