The Amtrak trip to Glacier Park from Wisconsin Dells, WI was terrific -- especially due to the excellent and professional service we received from the sleeper car attendant, Cherie -- could not have been better. The East Glacier Lodge shuttle service was there to meet us and transport our luggage to the Lodge. The Lodge is grand and marvelous --... More

I stayed in one of the motel rooms for one night. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked. During tourist season in East Glacier the rack rate is high no matter the accommodations. There is clearly a number of other accommodations on the premises and and I can't speak of them. The manager was very helpful. It... More

Stayed two evenings, July 9th and 10th. This is my second or third stay at this location. This place is an excellent value! Affordable, (just compare to other cabin rentals or lodge prices in the area). The staff is friendly and helpful if needed. The cabins are very basic and be aware that the shower is very narrow. The hotel... More

Was delighted with the colorful flowers all around the property and the flower window boxes on the cabin itself. Liked having a hooked screen door too. Inside was very small with double bed, table and chairs, wall TV, and a microwave. Bathroom was generous size but very low ceilings. For a couple this might be cramped but for just myself... More

The cabins are adorably retro and very clean and well-maintained. The cabin is basic--nothing fancy--but the kitchenette is well equipped, beds were comfortable, there's plenty of hot water, and the electric heater is very effective. I thought the retro vibe was charming (don't expect new and modern interiors). Lovely location too, with the scent of pine trees and the backdrop... More

I was a little concerned that I'd be staying in a 'cabin' instead of a motel room. 'Cabin' can mean a lot of things -- from a perfectly modern stand-alone room to a very rough structure with cots and an outhouse. The cabins at East Glacier Motel are just a little rough -- but they are plenty clean and comfortable.... More

We found these cabins to be just whar we needed. They were small but very clean. Yes, they are older but well maintained. The shower is on the small size but plenty of hot water. We had one double bed with the kitchenette. Frig is dorm size. The staff were so nice. They supply dishes as well as dish detergent... More

Stayed in one of the little cabins (#1) and truly enjoyed it. It was old but very clean and comfortable. Definitely a lot better and more enjoyable than McDonald Lake Lodge and Many Glacier Lodge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lady who loaned me the lobby coffee table to set my cpap on for the night.... More

This motel is outside the park, but still at a very convenient location - it's close to the highway and is not too far from the park entrances. We could access the Two-Medicine lakes, Going to the Sun road and the Many Glaciers area easily. It is in a very small town, but still has all the necessary restaurants/ bars/... More

We stayed in Unit 12 of the motel and enjoyed the large size. We appreciated the flat screen TV. The office managers were both friendly and helpful. The hotplate had a missing foot so we propped it up with a bar of soap. It also has one broken burner that sits at quite a tilt and could be dangerous if... More
