I am a repeat customer at Bear Creek and will go whenever my summer vacations allow. Bill and Diana are the most wonderful hosts - you always feel right at home. It's completely relaxing and peaceful and the scenery is unbelievable! This property borders the south edge of Glacier National Park and you can hike into the park right from... More

We stayed at Bear Creek Ranch August 27-31 2014. This was the end of the season and there was only 1 other person staying there. If you are looking for basic lodging, great riding, wonderful breakfast, and a peaceful central location, this is the right place. There is nothing fancy about the cabins, but they are functional. Make sure to... More

We took our grandkids (12 & 14) for a visit to Glacier, but had a much better time on the ranch. The trail ride was great and the horses are excellent stock. Bill Beck is a lifelong horseman - western style - and knows the animals. His patience with "greenhorns" is amazing. All the other positive reviews here are true... More

Bill and Diana are the greatest! Diana puts on a fabulous breakfast and riding with Bill is amazing. I feel like part of the family. This was my third visit and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The experiences I had cannot be put into words- Thank you ;)

We stayed here with our two young daughters aged 6 and 3. They especially loved riding the horses around the arena and playing with the lovely St Bernard dog, Bailey. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfasts were superb.

There are few places in the world where you can stay and find a perfect combination of the beauty of nature combined with the graciousness of hosts who go out of their way to make a stay at their ranch an experience that can't be replicated - from one day to the next. Bill, Diana and their staff have perfected... More

If you are looking for the best riding experience in the most beautiful area of Montana look no further than Bear Creek Guest Ranch. Bill and Diana will make you feel right at home and treat you to the best horseback riding you can get anywhere. Just returned from my second visit there and every day the ride Bill took... More

We returned in June, 2013, for another stay at Bear Creek Guest Ranch. Bill Beck, owner, and his son Dusty took the guests on a beautiful horse ride into the "back country". It is so wonderful to be able to get off the roads and see these remote areas. You clearly can't do this without an experienced guide who knows... More

Bill Beck & his family & staff will show you a great time! Is it The Ritz? No! A little bit rustic? Yes! Is it fabulous? Yes! Our family of 6 stayed there last summer & it was wonderful! Close to Glacier Nat'l Park. Yummy breakfasts. Great horseback riding. Bill Beck was amazing teaching our 3 boys about the horses,... More

In June 2012, my husband and I spent a week moving cattle at the Rumney Ranch. Every day, I had a fresh horse and very helpful "cowboys" helping the Jersey folks learn how to move cattle. The Rumney family treated us like honored guests, sharing their family history and wonderful ranch type food (meat from their own grass fed stock).... More
