We spent a week in a 2-bedroom condo at Meadow Lake Resort while skiing at Whitefish Mtn in MT. It was fabulous! Our bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, which is #1 of our top 3 requirements when we travel. Everything was clean and very quiet -- #2 & #3. The condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms and... This is the second time that we have been to Meadow Lake Resort. The room is well appointed and clean but now getting a little worn with age, the bed is starting to get very soft. We stayed in room 218. Let's talk resort fee, 12.00 per day. I usually have no problem with a fee as long as internet... More

We at Meadow Lake are sorry there were problems with the internet while you stayed with us. This is something we are working hard to fix. We currently have plans to rebuild our network this Spring. On busier holiday weeks our servers have trouble supporting the many devices guests may bring with them. Meadow Lake prides itself in providing excellent... More

We did not have a car and only came for skiing. We had a bit of a glitch with the shuttle taking us to the mountain but it worked out in the end. They way you have to reserve the shuttle needs much improvement but the drivers were super nice. They pick you up right at your door. The place... More

Definitely off the beaten path, but this is not your ordinary hotel. This is a hotel with a golf course clubhouse and golf course amenities. Pool, spa, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, etc. Visiting in the winter I was able to use the golf course for a x-country ski workout... which was fantastic to just walk outside the hotel door and... Thank you very much for your review Steve. We often hear how great a suprise it is when guests arrive to find such a private and secluded setting, even though we are just a mile off the highway. We hope you come see us again soon! More

Not accommodating to people who come to explore Big Mountain. it's definitely meant for golfers. the restaurant in the hotel is open on certain days and the cafe keeps odd hours. To get to the hot tub you have to drive to it. A few days after we checked out we realized we left a few belongings so I called... More

The level of customer service you received on the phone is not to the standard we uphold at this resort and I sincerely apologize. Meadow Lake Resort takes pride in offering the best possible service. We have a peacefull location off the beaten path that many guests find a welcome suprise in contrast to the busier areas in town that... More

This is probably a fine location if you are going to Glacier, but we were skiing Big Mountain (Whitefish) and I did not find it very convenient to have to drive (or take the shuttle) every day. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was better than average equipped, but I gave the unit an overall average score because I... More

Booked through RCI, used Meadow Lake as our home base for exploring Glacier. It’s about 20-25 minutes to the West Glacier entrance, about 1.5-2 hours from East Glacier area. We spent six nights, hiked in Glacier every day, and only scratched the surface of this amazing park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meadow Lake and would definitely return to... More

The Great Northern Railway goes through Columbia Falls and is located about 3/4 of a mile from Meadow Lake Resort. While the majority of our guests do not hear the trains during their stay, a few have commented that they have. Traveling by rail is a great way to come see us. Reserve one of our shuttles and the driver... More

We would thoroughly recommend Meadow Lake Resort. We had a really lovely, quiet room overlooking the golf course. The bed was gigantic but very comfortable. Best of all, the bathroom had a heater which was bliss and the shower was spacious. The staff were helpful too. The only disappointment was the in house restaurant, Truby's, which was terrible. The food... More

I love visiting this resort. The staff is great and the mountain is fun. They have a shuttle to take you up and down from the mountain. You have to visit Bulldog's in Whitefish. I don't know what else to say except that I have been going there for over 10 years.

Thanks so much for your positive comments. We hope to see you back this year for more powder skiing on Whitefish Mountain. A new chair promises more terrain. If you have a group you'd like to bring I'd be happy to help you with rates. More

We enjoyed a great week at Meadowlake. The unit was a very spacious one bedroom with a full kitchen, living room and dining room. In advance we requested an upper floor unit and though requests are not guaranteed, on arrival the front desk staff went to considerable trouble to accommodate our request. The unit faced south looking down the golf... More
