Staff very friendly, polite, and helpful. It's a little dated but comfortable, beds nicely made up similar to the more expensive chains, with lots of cushy pillows and the blankets all covered with fresh sheets. Very convenient to town and the "strip" and to zip on and off I-90. Quiet, but occasionally I could hear someone if they were noisy... more

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We were put in a smoking room but was quickly moved to non-smoking when I requested it. The beds, linens, towels were quite nice. Small rooms. Have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. No pool which was a disappointment for me. Free breakfast was good. Not a lot of... more

Your basic HIE, but in Butte, that's a good thing. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the business center was very useful. more

Check-in was easy and we got the room we requested. (Request the backside of the hotel for a mountain view). When making the reservations on the 800 number, we requested the top floor. The hotel lady who checked us in thoughtfully put us on the next lower floor because our computer profile said that we preferred non-smoking and the top... more

This is an older building, unlike the newer; modern Holiday Inn Express properties we enjoy. Sink fixtures were older, bathroom light fixture was dirty. Shower water was brown......had to run it for quite some time..before it cleared up enough that I would jump in/out quickly. ..the special going away present .....red bites on our arms and legs... more

Let me first start off by saying that our traveling basketball team has stayed here for the last 4 years while we play in the Mile High Classic basketball tournament. We have always been treated well by group sales, and the front desk staff in previous years have been helpful when needed. Now, let's go to our recent visit. Booked... more

I crashed here one night on my way back up to Canada at the end of a week long road trip. Fairly easy to get to off I-15 but is a little more secluded. The front desk can be hard to find. When you step in the door, it looks pretty dated and small. The room cleanliness was okay, however,... more

We were told this hotel had an indoor pool and whirlpool, it didn't. We needed one so bad that day so we could relax and were quite upset when we checked in. The front desk clerk was very nice and gave us the option to cancel our reservation if we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, but the rest... more

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels - and this was 2nd to the worst that I've stayed in. LOCATION: by a couple softball fields - not really close to anything but Denny's. I had to eat there because the one recommended restaurant up the street was closed. Kudos to Denny's though, cause it was actually good!... more
