We checked-in at the Quality Inn of Butte, MT at 8pm after 3 hours of driving from Billings (and after an 8 hour day on my feet at work); the first leg of a 1300 mile road trip. We requested a quiet room, and the friendly receptionist at the front desk handed us the "keys" to a room which was... More

We definitely got what we paid...a cheap room. The bed felt like we were sleeping on felt like a piece of ply-wood. We were either extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between. The bed sat about 4 inches from the head board, so nice big gap there where the pillows fell into. Had to scoot down as far as... More

This was adsolutely the WORST night I have EVER spent in a hotel room. The heat was either on full boar and it was like the African dessert or like a deep freeze at the Arctic Circle just with the slightest turning of the knob on the heater. The bed was the absolutely the worst I have ever slept on...was... More

Another 2-star being passed off as a 2.5 star. Probably was once quite the place, but now is partly closed up. Rooms were semi updated with log furniture but still dirty, with bits of wrappers and such on the floor and carpet that looked fine from far away but upclose was dirty. Also dirty was the breakfast room, though the... More

Since we were on a several day trip, we decided to stay here since it wasn't as expensive as some, and I've stayed in some nice Quality Inns. The hotel was nice and clean. The decor was different but nice. However, the room was cold which was understandable since there was a storm coming through. We turned up the heat.... More

My girl friend and I decided to stay here after traveling all day. When we arrived we promptly checked in to the small hotel. The hotel hallways were very dated and had a slightly musty smell. The stairwell was in disrepair and there was only one ice machine. The room itself wasn't bad. Very large room and bed. A tad... More

We have stayed here every time we go to Butte. It has improved every time!! The main floor's rooms have all been remodeled with knotty pine furniture. The mattresses feel brand new. The pillows are wonderful to lay your head on. The breakfast is the best of any motel we have ever stayed at. Tim, who is the hardest working... More

Stayed here in early September. The outside temp dropped to 24º, but the heating unit would not stay on for longer than 3 minutes, even turned up to 80º. Call the front desk to complain—oops, there doesn't seem to be a phone in the room. Chipped paint all around and peeling wall paper and tiles; this place needs some attention.... More

The rooms were appointed very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms and facilty were clean. Staff was friendly. We had our pets with us and for a small fee were allowed in our room. The only mediocre item was breakfast. The eggs were watery and biscuits dry. The motel was close to shops and food. We would stay here... More

The place is clean and quite. Has a GREAT breakfast. Plus you can not beat the price. When I have to stay in Butte again, this will be the place. The only draw back, was whatever they used to clean the room was really really strong! Had to air out the room, luckily it was nice weather, not sure how... More
