We had a wonderful one night stay at the mansion! The owner of this home Erin grew up in the house. She and her husband still live on the third floor. We had the largest quarters of the B&B which was a very large bedroom, and living room, as well as private bathroom. Erin is a delightful host and knows... More

This IS the place to stay in Butte. Very elegant full breakfast served in beautiful main dinning room. Feels like you live in Downton Abbey for a day! So many gems to explore. The owners are just as charming and interesting as the mansion. Worth taking the tour as well.

The amazing craftmanship, artistry, and history of this house should not be missed. The owners are lovely too. But I would have preferred to take the tour without staying the night. It smelled ooooooold and musty, and there were no showers.

a beautiful old mansion. I so wish we stayed here or did the tour. all we had was a quick visit unfortunately. The little blond girl that let us in was super sweet. The entryway and what we could see was really beautiful, and from what she said the rooms are not that expensive. Next time we are in the... More

The family who has been part of this home for 63 years has a longer history with this beautiful mansion than the original builder W.A. Clark had! The love they have for this place is evident in talking to Erin, Pat and John. The rates are super reasonable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed two nights. We got to... More

This bed and breakfast is a unique experience. It is a historic building in an historic town. Do not expect any modern amenities like a fridge, television or blow dryer, just step back in time and enjoy what was probably high-class living for that era. The Clark family history is interesting and the details in structure and furnishings should not... More

Beautiful setting with a lot of history, the place is wonderful and the hosts were great. I would recommend it to everyone. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable step back in time. The bedrooms each have a unique feel. Three rooms share a bath and a couple rooms have their own toilets and tubs. There are sinks in each room. We came... More

The Copper King Mansion B&B was simply amazing! We stayed here for a night as we were passing through Butte. The pictures and description on the website does not do this B & B justice. The rooms were a step back in time, very clean and comfortable. You go here for an 'experience', not expecting a 5 star accommodation. The... More

This inn is just amazing!!!! It is like staying with the Wild West Cousins from Downton Abbey!! The furniture, the decor and the collections should be preserved at the Smithsonian! We stayed in the Family Room. It is huge, has very high ceilings and the original hand-painted fresco on the ceiling. It was a very comfortable room. The tour that... More

We didn't stay here but rather toured the house. We have toured many historical houses and felt this one was average. Interesting architecture and history. Worth a visit if you are in the area but I wouldn't go out of the way.
