We stayed at the Aspenwood Resort when we visited Glacier National Park. The hotel is actually further from the park than we realized (over half an hour from East Glacier), which is worth considering when booking. Our room was pretty large, but certainly not fancy. Staying at Aspenwood is a lot like staying in your parents' old house. We found... More

We stayed in the Eagle's Nest Suite in mid-August 2014. It's a spacious yet cozy room with a great view of the rolling countryside. Terry is a wonderful cook, and we ate several meals in the restaurant downstairs. In addition, there is always a continental breakfast and snacks in the great room area. Terry goes out of her way to... More

My wife and I, and our 2 grand daughters (13 and 7) stayed in Aspenwood's Wild Horse Suite for 3 nights last week, while we explored the eastern side of Glacier National Park and the Plains Indian Museum in Browning. The country inn is very small, with 3 rooms, a small restaurant, a campground and a beaver pond, and it... More

We stayed in the RV park located behind Aspenwood Resort for four days in July, 2014. It was very quiet and peaceful although the park is in need of attention. Terri, the owner does a great job with all that she has to do. I do not know how she manages to keep up the B & B by herself,... More

This is not a good place at all. Rooms are dirty. Old and smelly. It is convenient to the east entrance od glacier national park, that is the only advantage. i guess, if you have no other place to stay this is better than nothing

After an evening visit to Glacier National Park, our lack of planning left us without a hotel room on a busy summer weekend. After leaving East Glacier, travelers have limited options - there are a few places near the park entrance, as well a Holiday Inn and a local motel in Browning. The Aspenwood is a small B&B and campground... More

Camped in a tent space here (17Jul2014) after going thru Glacier Nat'l. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner, purchased some firewood, had a evening campfire on the Plains, and enjoyed a great breakfast for myself and my two children before setting off to explore more of Montana. The entire bill was less than $100 for everything. The owners and staff worked very... More

Although this place may be OK if you have a camper, the hotel rooms are terrible. The bathroom in the room we had was very small, had a slanted ceiling and had a crude poster hanging on the wall (not appropriate for kids). The room and bathroom had extension chords all over the place, some coming out of the wall... More

The owner Terry is great. Makes great food in her restaurant. Beautiful setting including a beaver pond. If you like KOA you won't like this place. But if you love the outdoors and all God's Country you will love this place!!!!

Were looking for a place to eat and noticed a small cafe with a horse in the yard! Stopped by to eat and were so impressed with Teri, the owner, and the homey decor that we booked into the B & B on our way back in 3 days. Arriving back, we had (our) wine on the porch before dinner,... More
