This hotel is Ina great location but needs some help. My room was ok, but it seemed like every other thing was out of order, vending machine, hot tub, etc. Restaurant is closed down as well. Front desk staff nice but dressed REALLY casual. I wouldn't stay here again unless dramatic changes were made.

We got there to no one at the front desk to help us out, and finally a confused employee came to check us in and explain the hotel. The hot tub was out of order, as well as many vending machines, including an ice machine. our door stuck while trying to open or close it, and the stairs in the... More

Here for the Montana Swimming HOD meeting. Downstairs room (Hyalite I think) was crowded and so hot you could hardly breathe. This on a day that, at best, never got above 46 degrees. I wish we could find a different venue. Better luck next year.

We arrived around 10 pm Friday the 10th of April, 2015. We used a booking site to get this room. Upon arrival, we went to our room and got ready for bed. I turned on the air conditioner and we all crashed, as we were exhausted. About 2 am we woke sweltering. I opened the curtain to let some air... More

Upon arrival, our first impression was that the place seemed unkept. The trash is kept in giant recepticols in the hallway under the stairs... Gross! When we walked into the room, it smelled a bit musty but we chalked it up to being an old building. After looking around a minute it became clear that the place is not cleaned... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Decent price. The location is the best part of this place - within walking distance to everything on Main St (hence the average rating instead of poor). However, they apparently don't own any vacuums as there was dirt, rocks, wrappers, and crushed food in the hallways and you could feel the dirt in the carpet... More

It's old, but pretty clean, quite, cheap, and within walking distance of downtown Bozeman. It fit our needs and really, when you are visiting someplace, how much time do you spend in a hotel room? The only negative comment was that the light bulb in the bathroom was burned out when we checked in. I went to the desk and... More

This place has slid badly in the last dozen years--used to be a Best Western. Far from it now. Dirty carpet and walls, stifling air (and mgt wouldn't fix the thermostat or wall unit), gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling, 99cent showerhead. No screen on the window we opened to try to cool the room. Bed frame was broken, food... More

This has always been our 'go to' hotel for business trips to Bozeman but I will never stay here again. A colleague and I checked in during February 2105 for a 3 night stay. The first room given us looked like the sheets hadn't been changed and there was still food in the fridge. The second room wasn't much better.... More

Stayed here last weekend for a trip to MSU. Hotel is older, for sure, but the price was $49 per night and included breakfast. Breakfast is a choice of a few items ordered from waitstaff (1 pancake with bacon or sausage, egg sandwich, oatmeal, etc.) but portions were large and for the price? Can't beat it. The room was very... More
