Stayed here with our kids ages nine to 1 during part of our vacation. We were there for a few hours getting settled and the first noise complaint came in. It was 7 o'clock and my kids were being kids. Nothing crazy. They told us there were older people downstairs who wanted to rest. We asked for a crib or... More

We were on a 10 day camping roadtrip to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone, from Eugene Oregon, and needed a place to stay near yellowstone after leaving glacier national park because a person can only sleep in a tent in bear country so many nights and it's a long haul between the two parks. This was the closest we could... More

We booked a room for 3 people through Expedia. Got to hotel to find they "upgraded" us to a KING room and had no Roll-Away bed available. After 50.00 spent for the suit - the Boyfriend traveling with our daughter had the best night sleep on the sofa. While we the paying party slept in OLD SAGGING beds. The breakfast... More

We booked this hotel on an internet booking site (for $150ish) that told us it was a three star hotel and compared it to the Hampton Inn. Not even close! This is partially the fault of the booking site, however, when I just went on Western Heritage's own website, I saw a price of $169 for the same type of... More

Very dated. Didn’t look or feel clean – mostly because of the carpet. Internet good. When we checked in we were told breakfast was 6am – 9.30am (on Saturday). We looked at the book in the room which said the same thing. We got down to breakfast at 9am and there was one muffin left and everything else was being... More

Sheraton, or any of the higher end hotels you might what to pass on this place. The rooms are about one step above a red roof inn....It's clean, and very basic, prob a great place to stay in the 80's. Room furniture is old, beds are bouncy and loud, no name mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Safe, clean,... More

We stayed at the Western Heritage Inn during our 48 day West trip. We got it for a great price and easy access to the Interstate. This property is also not far from Yellowstone if you should be flying into Montana. The staff was really nice and friendly. They had a very clean laundry on the first floor and a... More

Single queen bed room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The bath vanity is in the main room, but the counter is very small. The bathroom itself is small also. The room was clean and the breakfast is normal for this type hotel. I felt the price was reasonable compared to other hotels at that time of... More

Chose online because of the location. While it was a perfectly acceptable room/hotel with certain amenities (nice lobby, comfortable beds), it also had some negatives (very loud air conditioning, very thin towels which really should be upgraded, and a very under par breakfast). I really felt that, although the place was convenient and clean, the negatives were enough to consider... More
