I had a wonderful and peaceful experience in this beautifully appointed B & B with great hosts, lovely wolves, and beautiful views. I stayed in the western room, where I enjoyed watching the four beautiful wolves in Chris and Mary Martha's care. Staying here made my first visit to Bozeman, Montana, a special one. Stacey Evans

The Carriage House buried in Christmas snow was enchanting, comfortable and warm. This was our first visit to Montana, and we could not have had a better time. The Inn is 20 minutes away from downtown Bozeman with food that rivaled San Francisco's best, and 20 minutes away from powder snow skiing with friendly staff and inexpensive lift tickets. Chris... We spent 3 well earned days of relaxation here over Thanksgiving and was not disappointed. Chris and Mary Martha were excellent hosts and provided great suggestions for places to visit as well as lots of information about their wolves. Breakfast was great each day with excellent variety to the menu. A definite recommendation to anyone wanting a break from the... More

My wife and I had the good fortunate of staying at the Howlers Inn Bed & Breakfast and Wolf Sanctuary in September. The inn is beautiful, with spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, great view of the Montana mountains and beautiful wolves. Mary Martha and Chris are wonderful hosts and very informative about the wolves and the area. We were able to... More

Fairly easy to find. Not far off interstate but far enough away to get the Montana countryside experience. We have stayed at B&Bs when possible and really enjoyed this one. Clean and quite. Played pool and relaxed to a movie. Great, no..., fabulous breakfast. Hosts are very friendly. Learned about the wolfs and watched them for awhile.

The superlatives have all been used by earlier reviewers, so I don't know what I can add. This is a wonderful small B&B out in the country near Bozeman with friendly, helpful hosts, great breakfasts, incomparable views, and the unique added attraction of a wolf pack just outside. One member of the current pack, Comanche, while wild, is also people... More

My mom and I loved this B&B and cannot wait to return some day. We stayed in the Carriage House and had a great experience with our own little home away from home. The view, the property, the house, the wolves - everything made our experience incredible. Our introduction to Montana was outstanding and I took the time to just... More

We stayed here after a few days in Yellowstone on route to Glacier national park. What a great place Howlers is. Chris greeted us when we arrived & introduced us to his extended family, I don't know what I expected but the wolves immediately endeared themselves to us...could have spent all day watching them, and what a great alarm call... Of course we came for the wolves but give the 5-star review for the room, the hosts and the food. It's certainly off the beaten path a bit - 90 minutes outside of Yellowstone, but well worth the trip. We stayed two nights and were fortunate enough to hear the wolves "sing" to us the first night. Chris & Mary... More

We stayed two nights at the Howlers Inn and what a beautiful place this is! Mary-Martha and Chris are friendly, gracious hosts that make you feel immediately comfortable and at home and the scenery is spectacular. We occupied the Southwest Room which has a clear and constant view of the wolf enclosure from the big windows. It was an experience... More
