We had booked five nights, but left after one. The place had a carpenter ant infestation, ants crawling around the room. There was no one on duty, and we were left an information sheet telling us there were no maid services, if we wanted towels we should call a certain number and someone would bring them over. For breakfast, we... More

I was thankful for a family member of this guest who was deeply apologetic for this response and the brusque, sudden departure. I wished she was there long enough to meet and for our exceptional staff to amend the situation which could have been the outcome. Our spring weather was quite rainy this year and carpenter ants were being discovered... More

We stayed at The Olive Branch Inn in April 2014. We enjoyed having a house to stay in with a kitchen and nice sitting area. We liked not having a host or formal breakfast in the morning. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was great being able to walk downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. It was much... More

Like other reviewers, we were at first surprised by the lack of prepared breakfast, but then the freedom of having our "own" charming house made up for it. Its great location enabled us to walk to the swimming pool, the gym, and all of town. Comfortable bedding and very very clean.

Stayed for three nights in October. Loved the quiet location, so close to downtown and MSU campus. The lack of breakfast was more than made-up for by the cozy european bedding. We will return and stay here again.

The Inn was very quaint, like stepping back in time. At first we were taken aback by thew absence of a host and then again by the absence of a prepared breakfast. All in all, we didn't mind, but we should have been alerted ahead of time. But, on the plus side, we had the house to ourselves, were just... More

We stayed two nights in Bozeman after a month on the road in various accommodations. The Olive Branch was indeed the ideal place for us to stay in the charming town of Bozeman. This is why: 1. We wanted to be "in town" and be able to walk on pretty residential streets for our comings and goings. Very convenient to... More

i stayed there during september and loved every minute of it! it is the perfect location - only a few blocks away from the downtown area, so you really can walk to anything you might need to get to. the owner was so kind, and i'm so thankful to have found this gem. can't wait to go back!

I rented the 1-3 floors for a 4-night weekend for my husband's surprise 75th birthday in July 2012! The Olive Branch Inn was perfect. We were not looking for a B&B so this fit our needs perfectly.I had plenty of continental breakfast fare for our group and we had the freedom to come and go through the house with just... More

The Olive Branch Inn is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Main Street, on a very quiet side street. It is easy to access so many of the amenities of downtown; there is a nice park/playground a block away at the end of Lindley Place. Across from the park is a trailhead for the extensive walking/running trails of... More

I found this on a web search that claimed it was the "best B&B in Bozeman". The house is an old victorian that is nicely restored, and the room was clean and comfortable. But when we arrived the manager had left a note saying "sorry if you expected breakfast for some reason, but we don't provide that any more". It... More

In response to the economy and to keep our Inn within means of a greater variety of traveler, we lowered our prices on room rates when we discontinued serving hot breakfasts made on-site. Many of our guests are here for the local scenery--a long day trip to Yellowstone, a hike or soak in a hot springs--and really appreciate getting an... More
