This great place is a little out of the way and well worth the trip. It is like stepping back in time so you can see all the old charm in the nice themed rooms. The hot springs themselves were great as they did not have a strong sulfur smell and there was a variety of places to enjoy them... More

This was a surprise Butte Montana trip for my husbands birthday. Butte was completely booked for St. Patricks so I started looking around the outskirts and found Boulder Hot Springs. This place may not be for everyone, but it was our cup of tea! We love historic properties, animals, ghosts and the countryside. Boulder Hot Springs Inn has rich history... More

My wife and I come here often as it is the perfect place to recharge. It is really encouraged that you spend the night as the historical theme-based rooms are quiet and cozy. The healthy, hearty breakfast the next morning is to die for! The hotel itself has had a long history of fortune and disrepair. They are currently renovating... More

Stayed here around the holidays. Very beautifully decorated for the Christmas season! The hotel is very old, but is pretty and cozy. Gorgeous antique carpet leading up to the hotel rooms. We stayed in one of the bed and breakfast rooms, I believe they are all decorated differently. Ours had a great sitting area with beautiful views of the mountains.... More

This hotel was on our list of hotsprings and one day we took a detour and ended up there. So glad. We arrived just in time. They were about to close the doors. We had our choice of rooms which they had displayed on a computer screen so we could decide. The building was beautiful and being wonderfully restored. No... More

This is not a 5-star hotel... the Mediterranean, Mission style structure is a gem that has seen a long lifetime of ups and downs... those who have memories of when it was in its prime are saddened by its current state. Although its undergoing renovation, it most likely will never return to its prime and be utilized to its full... More

This is an old victorian hotel with a more recent but not modern hot spring spa and bath house. I go there on personal retreat several times a year, which I have been doing for many years. There is a respectful organization running the place and the waters are also open to the local native people who have traditionally used... More

We love old, historic places & this was the only lodging we could find, so we stopped. The 1910 Mission-style buildings are quite lovely, even if we could not go inside most of them. Parts are only open for conferences & parts are being remodeled. The veranda overlooking a pond is nice. Our tiny room had twin beds, but we... More

Very relaxing and therapeutic. Very friendly staff and excellent included breakfast. Our room was very clean & had it's own bathroom with shower. Only a few miles from Tizer Botanical gardens. Nice cafés close by in the town of Boulder.

While driving up, "Redrum! Redrum!" kept going through my head as the resort itself is eerily Shining-esque - an imposing edifice in the middle of nowhere with a colorful history. I was simultaneously intrigued and slightly nervous. As we headed toward the entrance to check in, we were greeted by classical, live violin music that was eerily wafting from an... More
