The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was centrally located which made it easy. The only item that was disappointing was the jets in the hot tub were not working for the better part of a week. I was scheduled to stay two nights in Billings, three days apart. I stayed the first night at the Comfort Inn and found that disappointing. I then changed my reservation for the second night to the Fairfield Inn that was right across the parking lot. I paid $5 more for the room at the Fairfield and had a completely superior... more

Great stay! Great staff! Very good breakfast. Room was clean and updated. The walls are thin. Front desk will give you a pass for the Billings Athletic Club. more

Nice staff but very noisy location. Close to busy railroad tracks. Also doing freeway modifications with pier pounding all day long (as of Oct 2006). more
