Our room was on the first floor, so perhaps that is why I have nothing but praises for this hotel. They don't have an elevator, but the staff is very attentive and considerate. My room was right next to the pool entrance on the first floor and was very clean. I'm sure it was one of the renovated rooms. The... more

My sister and I stayed in this hotel on the night of August 9, 2009. We arrived very late, with an exhausted 5 year old and 3 year old. We had reserved our room through Priceline. When I checked in, I asked if our room had 2 beds, since we had the kids, and this was met with a sigh,... more

This guest had a reservation that was made via online Priceline. The reservation we received was for a room with one bed. We did accommodate the guest and gave them a room with 2 beds at the same prices as there reservation. Our parking lot lights are owned by the local power company, They had an electrical problem in our...

This hotel consists of, I think, seven buildings, each being two floors. There is no elevator (at least, not in our building) which means you carry your bags up if you are on the second floor. All the buildings appear to be of the same vintage, so I assume they are all pretty much the same. You need to walk... more

Our hotel is only 2 buildings, which are connected by a enclosed walkway. It is in the shape of a hollow square. We only have 2 floors, thus we have no elevators, but strive to give guests needing special assistance a lower room as much as possible. Our sheets are a light bone color, so I can see where the...

My husband booked the hotel through priceline and they got the name wrong but were able to find our reservation eventually. Room was nice had a fridge and they brought in a microwave for us, had good access to pool and ice/vending. Only down side was that we were next door to a loud conference room. Shower temperatures were unpredictable.... more

This guest states that we allowed a 3 year old boy to be in our hot tub. I have signage posted in 4 different places in our pool area and on the doors that enter the pool area that state “Children must be accompanied by an adult in pool area”. As like almost every hotel pool in Montana and the...

I stayed at the Billings Hotel after picking up a coupon at a rest stop in Montana. Please, if you are going to stay here, get the coupon! It gets you a room for about $65.00 per night. And, as my title states, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a great pool with awesome waterslides,... more

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Don't let the photos fool you. The pool and waterslides look nothing like the pics. It was dirty and quite dark in the pool room. The outside doors leading into the hotel from the rear and the sides of the parking lot, had card readers... more

In response to this guest's issues we did have a hot water issue the morning of thier stay. A inexpensive, yet critical valve broke that morning, blocking hot water flow to a section of 30 of our 235 rooms. Plumbers were called and a new valve was installed. We are very sorry it happened during thrir stay, but things do...

Although the rooms were clean and beds were comfortablethe bathroom door was broken, and would not shut. Walls are thin. We could hear the people in the next room almost all night, until I called the front desk to complain. Then it started in again just after 7am. Room service stops at 8, and the restraunt closed at 9, although... more

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is undergoing a renovation yet my room was clean and very little noise was experienced during my stay. A surprise was the food at the restaurant was excellent. more

I have stayed at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center in Billings many times. One time we sold our house and stayed there for approximately 6 weeks until we could get into our new home. The management and staff treated us in a very courteous and professional manner. The rooms are always clean, modern, and make you feel at home... more
