We recently stayed at the Billings hotel and Convention Center. The rooms have been remodeled and are very comfortable with the amenities we needed. Lobby is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They had some fun events scheduled the night we stayed there- i wish we would have known about them beforehand because it looked like a blast.... More

The website for the hotel is a bit deceiving in my opinion. They showcase the fact that they've updated their rooms, but when I walked in to our room I was disappointed. The tv is quite small, the heater is noisy, and when I pulled my food out of the fridge the following morning it had frozen overnight. The beds... More

Dear Kara M I am sorry to hear you were not pleased with your recent stay at our hotel. Or rooms have all been remodeled in the past year. Our TV's (3 years old) are standard size in the industry, but we do plan on replacing them in the near future. We do have all HD channels in our rooms,... More

We arrived late at night and had to make an emergecy weather stop. We pulled into the hotel and the staff was super helpful and even gave us a free upgrade (probably because we looked stressed from the long strenuous drive). We were moved into a suite and loved the jacuzzi and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The next... More

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant served food quickly and it was very good. There is ample parking space. I will definitely be booking another stay when I come to Billings

This is an older Hotel with that old fashioned feel. The grounds are nice with fountains and waterfalls. There is a nice pool with 2 water slides. The room looked like it had been updated, and it was very comfortable. The bartender in the lounge was very friendly. The only negative I noticed was that the hallway carpets could use... More

Recently stayed here for a conference, the conference center was great! The staff was kind and helpful, the food tasted great! The hotel was much different! When we arrived the room was not clean. The floor wasn't vacuumed, everything was dusty, and toilet seat was dirty! Housecleaning skipped our room several times! The room was average, the pool had great... More

The waterslide was the main reason for our stay. The kids had fun but we had to pay extra for the wristbands. The pool is small so there is no way to just use the pool. Our room was dingy and I was glad to leave. The staff was not exactly friendly either.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a work conference. I could almost rate it a 2 or 3 if I had not had an experience that was a major safety issue. My husband slept in and I left with a "Do not disturb" sign on our door, while I went to my meeting. I went back to the room... More

My family and I had car trouble and needed to spend 2 nights in Billings. The Billings Hotel was reasonably priced, very clean, and the owner and staff very super friendly and even helped us with our transportation needs while our car was being repaired. Great access to I-90. We highly recommend the Billings Hotel.

Moving out of the state... Hard to find hotels during Big Sky Games... I think it was a nice stay the last few days in Montana. I think the rooms are a little overpriced but it might have been due to the games going on. But the rooms were very clean and very quiet.
