It is 7a.m. and someone is vacuuming in the corridor outside our room! This hotel is very disappointing. Our room is dingy and I was cold last night. You couldn't seem to turn up the heating and there was no extra blanket. more

Perfectly happy with our stay at the Best Western Clocktower. Centrally placed right downtown even if being right opposite the men's and women's shelters and Bus Station doesn't seem to be the dream location! Don't be put off though as the staff are really friendly and the rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. Big TV and vanity area are pluses... more

Was very disappointed with this one. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were not well-kept. Carpeting was dirty, the room (which was non-smoking) smelled strongly of smoke mixed with cheap air freshener, and although the fixtures in the newly remodeled bathroom (which was nice) were sparkling, there was hair in the tub. Nice hotel, clean and friendly, just ignore the street people nearby. close to a lot of nice restaurants (walkers, rex, montana avenue restaurants) and fun bars on montana avenue and four breweries. good location, maybe a little overpriced compared to crowne plaza. more

This is a nice hotel close to great restaurants. Each door opens to the outside, which I normally wouldn't like as a single gal traveling. Since I was with my husband and dog, no problem.
