We stayed at this hotel two nights ago. We were impressed by the staff at the desk, the quality of the room and the breakfast offered. Comfortable, clean, nicely-decorated rooms with every amenity. We walked over to the Rib and Chop House nearby and had a great meal, so the location of the hotel is handy for that reason as... More

Billings, MT has one thing for sure - a massively growing economy. This hotel is in a relatively new area, with nearby restaurants and adjoining water park. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Very nice, clean. Nice exercise room and no problems.

On a recommendation from a competitive hotel receptionist (as they were booked), we were able to get in a unit with a king size bed, The bathroom showers were wonderful, beds had nice linens and pillows. We arrived late for breakfast. but staff still accommodated us willingly. The employees were all kind, welcoming, and very helpful. We did not use... More

Checked in Friday night August 29th, had a good time playing at the water park. Got to our room and got in bed and turned the air conditioner on and about an hour later realized how hot it was in the room. Husband got up and found air had turned off. He turned it back on. This happened over and... More

I apologize that your stay was not pleasant. During the change of seasons it often gets cool in the evening causing the AC unit thermostat to shut off, it is a simple fix you just need to turn on the fan which will pull in the cool night air. I am sorry I was not told personally of your ac... More

We stayed here on our way from Georgia to Seattle for an Alaskan cruise. We liked it so much we stayed here again on our way back to Georgia. Very large (spreadout) hotel that also has a waterpark. We didn't get to use the waterpark, which we didn't even know they had until we arrived b/c we were just passing... More

We were heading from Rapid City, SD to the North Entrance of Yellowstone, we did not want to miss The Battle of Little Big Horn. This resort was perfect. Affordable, clean, courteous and the perfect place for the kids to blow off some steam. The Reef Water Park was so much fun. We let the kids play for 3 hours... More

This past weekend 08/02/2014 my Step Daughter had her wedding at the Big Horn Resort and Reef, Billings, Montana. The experienced was over and above. Terri, Brenda, Cindy were very accommodating as well as the rest of their staff. They were very quick to answer any questions, provide us what we needed.
