This was a very nice one-room suite hotel. There is not a separate bedroom, but the room was large and cheerful. There was a small fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was average, but the staff was very nice.

We stayed here one night on our way to Yellowstone from Glacier Park. We were very happy with the spacious and clean room, location, and friendly staff. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the hotel for a quick meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. We were happy to have a place with 2 queens and a sofa bed for our family of 5. Several people mentioned noise in the rooms. We must have been in the right room then because we didn't experience that at all. Others complained it was out of the way, but Billings... More

Nice people at the front desk let my son take as many suckers as he wanted. Clean room even if beds are a tad hard. Nice LITTLE pool and hot tub. GREAT breakfast. Good stay. I enjoyed my stay there even if it had more of a business feel than a family one.

This was my first time to Billings but it felt this hotel is a little off the beaten path if you need to be downtown. Took about 5 to 8 minutes to get downtown not bad but something to consider. However the staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable and rooms are clean. It was quiet as well. I even... More

They deal with biz, university, and travelers. Access to different restaurants easily close. Room very good. Lobby kept in darn near refrigeration for some reason. Think of the Springhill/Marriot point of view, Pretty high standards.

Stayed here for the Marriott points instead of staying downtown. I will stay downtown next time. Was here for business over a long weekend and luckily had a car. There is not much to do near the hotel, except watch trains. Some standard chain restaurants nearby. Overall, hotel was fairly clean and quiet. My room did not face the train... More

I wish you had asked the staff what there is to do in this area. Almost all shopping from Walmaet to Dillards are located only moments away. Our front desk staff is very good at giving dirictions to the things that interest our guests the most. From hiking and nature trails to local treasures for shopping, eating, dining or relaxing... The hotel was great except for one thing. It is located right next a busy rail line with freight trains passing all night long they rumble, but worse they also blow their horn incessantly. So sleeping here is only for the deaf. But there is worse! This rail line carries numerous trains that transport "Bakken" crude to refineries. Highly volatile... More

Good day everyone. I wish you had noted some where in your statement that the trains that travel through this area go at only a few miles per hour. I do live in Billings were there are also 3 oil refineries. I sleep quite well knowing all the facts including the ones you have stated. I do know all the... More

If you appreciate laying in bed & watching TV, DO NOT accept room 406. We dropped off suitcases & headed out for dinner & visiting. By the time we returned and had more time to assess the room, we realized the TV was on the same side of the room as the beds and could only be seen from the... More

I'm sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. Room 406 is unfortunatly not a room to watch TV from the bed. The next renovation the TV will be hung on the wall with a full swivel and tilt so it can be watched from any angle chosen. There is a lot of rewiring needed to accomadate the new... More

I have stay in numerous SpringHill suites but found this one to be average at best. The handicap room was barely adequate as a handicap room --that is in terms of pull bars. The toilet seat was broken and had to push to get replaced so the toilet could be used. The room was beginning to go to seed. The... More
