After a less-than-stellar experience last night in Sheridan WY, the Hilltop Inn was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly check-in with fresh cookies, exceptionally clean well-appointed room and bath with everything we needed, large walk-in shower, great bed…….not a think we did not like. Very moderately priced as well.

We spent the night in Billings while on vacation, not knowing there was a car show in town. Downtown was a madhouse, so we really appreciated the peace and quiet at Riversage. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was typical of most midrange hotels. There is only one door used for entry and exit ( excluding fire exits) During our stay the door was locked at 8:00 pm, but we were told the room key would open it. We went out for dinner, but returned before that time, so didn’t have to use the key. I’m not sure how guests who arrive late for check-in are able to enter the building, perhaps call before arrival? I received a text before and after my stay, asking if I needed help, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, very pleasant. In the hospital complex; about twenty minutes walk to downtown. Very practical if you're travelling for a medical appointment; nice to have a road trip stopover that isn't a chain hotel just off the interstate. Our room had a microwave, fridge, recliner(!), desk with two chairs, two double beds. The recliner and the beds aren't the most comfortable things ever, but not complaint-worthy either. Breakfast featured vegetable frittata/omelettes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, muffins and toast. Room service prices are extremely reasonable, though we didn't order.

Clean. Quiet. Very helpful staff. It appears that their primary clients are hospital related so there is not a lot of activity and the building is not on a major street and there was little road noise. Our gps took us right to it but it might be difficult to find without navigation.

This is a boutique hotel. Very quiet. Very clean. Had warm cookies for check in (what a welcoming gesture) and later popcorn. Washer dryer on 2nd floor. Continental breakfast that was good and serviced quickly as needed. Nice staff. This is a hidden gem. I can't say enough about our experience. The ONLY downside was a slow draining sink. Stay here. It doesn't disappoint.

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms. It’s close to both hospitals in town, so easy to see your loved ones if the are hospitalized. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Manager, Ivah, was very attentive, helpful, and kind. I will definitely stay there again when in Billings

This hotel is really hard to find, but worth it! The rooms are a little worn, but they're clean and comfy. Let me tell you the BEST thing about this hotel - its employees! The young lady who checked us in was so friendly, the maintenance man came to help with the tv remote and was patient and kind, but the night desk clerk who worked last night was truly and angel! My husband has dementia and has never wandered before...until last night. She got my husband back to our room twice after he wandered off. I forgot her name as I was very flustered, but she's a keeper. If we return to Billings we will be staying here again.
