They lost my reservation through a poorly managed process and chose to be rude rather then make any accommodation to a frequent traveler to the area. I kind of want my tip back from the first stay in July. Check and double check your reservation with their office. My remaining trips I will put my trust in Hilton. Good luck.... More

Notwithstanding the writer’s comments, we do have an efficient and effective reservation system, and we send out an email confirmation when a reservation is made. The writer did not mention whether he received such a confirmation. However, human errors can be made no matter how good the system. The lack of a reservation (whether our fault or the writer’s) was... More

Bridge Street Cottages met all of our expectations. It was immaculate, well appointed and very convenient. The landscaping was quite pretty. It was nice to be right in the town. The people working at the cottages were very friendly. Although small, Bigfork is a very charming town with lots of cute shops and an excellent wine shop. We only had... More

I had never even heard of Bigfork but was told it was a cute little town on our way home from Glacier National Park. When doing research I came across this site. My lucky day!! I have traveled far and wide but have never experienced anything quite like Bigfork (very charming and artsy) and these delightful cottages. Each cottage has... More

I have family in the Bigfork area and booked a few nights here mainly for convenience. I absolutely loved it. I rented a cottage, which worked well for my 5 kids and me. The cottage decor was very cute, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the location was super convenient. Liked that my cottage was located in the area tucked... More

We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately we only had one night, but we will be back. Very convenient to the Village of Bigfork and close to Flathead Lake. The staff was very friendly. THe cottages are beautiful and love the Keurig coffee makers, nice touch. We booked a Cottage Suite as it was what they had available, will try to... More

Big Fork Montana is a charming town that is the perfect spot to stay if heading off to Glacier National Park. The town itself is charming with cute shops, galleries and wonderful places to eat. Bridge Street Cottages was our home away from home for five nights. We had a River Cottage which has a porch that overlooks the rushing... More

We love the king and full cabins. They meet all our needs. Each time we come back spring or fall we are so pleased and enjoy the environment. All the great reviews on this property are true and great staff and Shelli is super great at correcting a problem. We booked months ahead and feel if we write "too great... More

This is a beautiful place. We stay a week at Flathead Lake Lodge in the summer and like to arrive the day before our week starts. So one summer, we booked at Bridge Street Cottages. We had driven by it many times and from the outside, it is charming and fits perfectly in the upscale village of Bigfork. The grounds... More

If you are routing to the west Glacier National park area. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful place! The rooms are cosy, quaint. Wine glasses in the cupboard! A Keurig coffee machine in room, fully stocked! Right next to a roaring river. Lots of birds to see.
