Expensive and noisy. We got hardly any sleep due to highway noise and trains'!!!!!!!!! The Rice was way over the top for a place where you can't get any sleep. I would advise people who are looking for a restful evening to stay away!

Absolutely Awful! My sister made the reservations for the site and invited us for a total of 4 adults and 6 kids that fit in their new camper. When she called the hosts while making her reservation at Big Timber/Greycliff, the hosts told her she could put kid tents next to the camper without extra charge. (They later retracted this... We stayed at Big Timber in July 7, 2014 and was happy to leave. The water park was only open till 5:30PM (REALLY!) and the pool is very small. The grounds are not kept up and there was a lack of even a flower of landscaping. Other than the gentleman who escorted us to the campsite, (hence the 2 stars)... More

Oh my....LOUD LOUD LOUD! My husband and I were so happy when we pulled in and saw a fairly empty campground...even happier when we saw nice grassy rv spots...until five minutes later when the first train came through blowing the horn....OK, one time thing....NOPE! ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT! I should have spotted the red flag when I saw they offer... More

Nice setting, but the following is unacceptable: 1. Trains all night. Office even will give you earplugs 2. NO free WIFI 3. You need a key for the restroom- inconvenient. Who else do they think will use the restrooms? 4. Too expensive for one night. 5. Technically in Big Timber, but actually is 10 miles from the town. This meant... More

You really only need to know one thing about this place: The front office provides free earplugs to guests. If you are so tired and desperate to find a place to sleep that you would consider this place, then just pull into a Walmart parking lot for an hour of rest and keep going. Desperate to camp? You could also... More
