From our phone call to make reservations to the night before we left the employees at this campground were over the top friendly and helpful. They had no problems accommodating 65' overall length and there was even room to park our car on our spacious site. Situated on the Boulder River, the sound of rushing waters lulled us to sleep... Our experience was wonderful! The campsite is beautiful from the trout ponds to cabins nestled next to the rushing Boulder River. The staff was extremely hospitable. We arrived after the office closed, but we were still welcomed at our cabin. They brought us firewood and left our key in the cabin so we could get in, asking if they could... More

We just stayed here AGAIN, in a 42 ft Motor Coach and tow. One of our favorite locations. Friendly, helpful staff (we had a mechanical issue both of our last two stays and the help was extremely helpful, volunteer basis!) Our spot had satellite blocked by one of their many mature trees and it was totally full, so no option... More

We planned to stay at Spring Creek just one night but ended up staying three. Camped by the river. It was so hot - early July- that the river looked inviting but it was too swift to jump in! There is really not another campground close to Big Timber that compares to this one. Very nice big grassy sites. We... More

We stayed 2 days at Spring Creek in a big rig. We had a great time thanks to the people who work there. We were parked facing Boulder River, so when you looked out the front windows all you saw was river. We attempted trout fishing for the first time and caught 2. The camp hosts, Rob and Tammy were... We wanted a quick overnight relaxing camping experience where our 7 year old & husband could fish! We have an 18m too so I wanted electricity this time. Big Timber is just under 2 hrs from Billings & the Boulder river area is beautiful so why not. The map they show on line is BLOWN up, it is not nearly... More

My husband and I found this place on-line while planning our two week road trip from Missouri to Oregon and back. He wanted to camp, I didn't want to drag along all the gear for camping. A sleeper cabin was just what we needed. At first I was a little discouraged because they didn't take online reservations. I took a... More

This was our first stop from MN on our way to Alaska. It was a bit out of the way but worth it!! I looked it up on my Garmin GPS. I had bit of trouble finding it but I am glad we found it. The owners were very pleasant to us. They showed around on a golf cart and... More

The owners of this campground are highly confrontational. They seem to enjoy a good argument. They jump to conclusions and falsely accuse campers of swimming in their ponds when the campers have been in the Boulder River which borders their campground. They get angry if you mess up their bathrooms just after they've cleaned them. They will not let you... More

Me, my wife, daughter and 3 month old grandaughter stayed only one night but wished it had been a month. We were on our way back from a trip to WA state and decided to give Spring Creek a try and were plesantly surpised. The owners were very frendily and offered every assistance we needed. My grandaughter was crazy over... More
