Stayed in a slope side loft with panoramic views, every amenity imaginable, and it was all beautifully appointed. Wine cooler. Outdoor hot tub. Laundry room. Full kitchen. Ski run right off the side of our loft. Perfect!

My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom slope side cabin, 4 Stirrup Road, in the Moonlight Basin section of Big Sky. The unit is commonly referred to as a Cowboy Heaven Cabin (CHC) that is managed by the Moonlight Basin Resort. Anyone considering renting a CHC, must understand the advantages and features of the dwelling as well as its... More

Great ski resort. Low crowds and tons of runs. Our family has several different ski levels and Moonlight has plenty for all. Amazing views, nice staff and reasonable yummy food. Spoke with the locals who were all very friendly and wiling to share their favorite spots.

This is a favorite place of ours in Big Sky for a glass of wine or a nice dinner. The restaurant is wonderful and the bar menu is better than a normal ski lodge by far. Wine and beer selection is definitely good. We stayed in the Saddle Ridge condos next door. The spa and gym facilities are quite expensive... More

We just stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin and it was awesome! The cabin itself is very clean and has everything you need. We were suprised to find a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. The views were so incredible. I highley recommend staying at Moonlight Basin.

We were attending a wedding at moonlight basin resort. We stayed in a cabin with two bedrooms a little way up from the main lodge. The views were amazing and the cabin cozy and comfortable. My kids tried out the pool at the main lodge and had fun. It is much smaller than what it looked like in the picture.... More

Management very inflexible to renters. Only allow their PRIVATE ROAD access to Moonlight Basin "Members". If you are traveling around MT, esp. SW - to Ennis, Dillion, etc. - can add 90 plus minutes to your travel time each way... If you are a fisherman, could eliminate such world class rivers such as the Ruby, Beaverhead, Big Hole & others...

Thanks for sharing your review with us. We are sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced trying to access the private Jack Creek Rd. Yes, this road is only open to property owners, Moonlight Club members and their guests. In fact access to the road only saves you 20 minutes(Big Sky-Ennis via the Jack Creek Rd: 1 hour 30 minutes... I added the lavender calendula salt scrub to my massage, feeling like my skin had been a little overexposed this summer. It was the perfect choice- gently exfoliating my skin with a calming, but not overpowering scent. It relaxed me prior to the massage even a little more than the serenity room typically does. I've never done a scrub prior... More

Stayed in "3A" luxury suite for 5 nights. Drive is scenic and beautiful. Area has shopping and groceries on the resort. Views are breathtaking. Our condo was absolutely spectacular. Moonlight makes it feel as though your private home is a hotel room. The clerk at the check-in/concierge desk told us we had to pay for wifi (contrary to the ad),... More

We went to Moonlight Basin for my daugther's wedding and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We stayed at one of the cabins and had a snag the first night but it we were taken care of the next day with a free upgrade to a beautiful condo. Michelle at the lodge was so... More
