I dont understand why there are so many blatantly false reviews on this site. The Summit is a world class condo style hotel built less than 9 years ago. There is no noise that comes from other rooms. The fitness room is nice, the condo kitchens come fully equipped, there are local grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff... more

Last week we went to the Summit for a fine dining experience. I have had better tasting food at Sonny's Barbeque....I was so excited as we sat at the bar and heard of the chef from Rome, I ordered the peppercorn encrusted elk loin, first off it was not a loin, it was not pepper encrusted and it was terribly... more

We had amazing time in this gorgeous slope side hotel. The rooms are spacious and warm. The crib for our toddler was the nicest we've ever seen in a hotel. The nightly turn down service was a pleasant surprise. We had a full kitchen so we could cook for our toddler and keep milk in the fridge. We definitely saved... more

We stayed at The Summit for four nights recently as part of a conference being held there. The facility is very nice and upscale but parking was very limited and many had to park along roads and in makeshift places when the parking lots overflowed. A note, too, about the room configurations. The rooms do not have standard bath tubs.... more

My family and I just returned from 6 days at the Summit at Big Sky, where I attended a conference and they played. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, room 923, which was huge and had breathtaking views. We had a fully equipped kitchen, 3 full baths, and tons of room. Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms were... more

Staying at Big Sky Resort? Summit Hotel is located at the lifts. Store skis complimentary at the lift if staying there. Great service and style. Food was good (not great) but a little pricey. Check out The Cabin or Bambu Bistro for dinner right next door. Breakfast buffet at the Peak restuarant in the hotel is worth it. Best floors... more

This was my family's first trip to BIg Sky and we stayed at the Summit on the advice of friends who knew the area. The location was great- right next to the ski school and several of the lifts. The ski school was great. My kids, ages 6 and 8 had a blast. The sking was top notch with long,... more

We reserved one of the cheapest rooms at the Summit (2Q beds) and upon check-in, were upgraded to a nicer room at no extra charge. Our room had one extremely comfortable king bed, a jacuzzi tub big enough for two people (who really like each other), a gas fireplace, and a view of the slopes. It was a small room,... more

We have been going to Big Sky in March for a couple years now and we love it!! The snow was still really great and the Summit is so much fun. This year we stayed in a 3 bed 4 bath penthouse on the 10th floor, and it was so nice! My room, an upstairs guest bedroom, had a huge... more

Stayed here for a conference for 5 days. Overall, very nice hotel - modern facilities, nicely decorated, and good amenities. The hotel is located directly adjacent to the slopes - truly a ski-in-ski-out hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a nice fitness center and a heated pool located right next to the slopes.... more
