I have stayed at the Summit a few times in the past 20 years and just visited again this past week. The place is still solid. Montana has its own vibe - laid back, honest and friendly. The hotel was a pleasure to revisit. Not ostentatious but very , very good. The bars and restaurants were what you want and... More

This is our third time here and as lovely as always. Everybody was very nice, good housekeeping, great food. The view breath taking and of course pool inside and outside the best of all. Wanted to mention Iwona waiter , Ricardo and Ali managers of the restaurant. They always made sure you have everything you need without invading your family... More

We stayed at The Summit the week after Christmas. We were very pleased with the accommodations. One of our bags was delayed by the airline, the Summit staff sent a toiletries kit to our room (and asked if there was anything additional that we needed to make ourselves comfortable). We used the valet for our rental car - whenever we... More

Great location and view with very good service. The people are extremely friendly and helpful especially Davis in housekeeping. He has a unique perspective of guests' needs and I hope our discussion of some of the frustrations incurred will be appreciated. We booked a studio for our family of 3 and it was surprisingly small with not a great floor... More

My son and I have skied Big Sky the last few years and most recently stayed in The Summit. We were very pleased with the accomodations...and Big Sky tried to get our group located on the same floor or as close to each other as possible. The layout of the ski hill is very conducive to big groups as two... More

I stayed in this resort during summer period when i got a chance to visit Yellowstone National Park. It is quite a distant away from the national park itself but yeah i booked last min during the peak season of visiting the national park so i found myself a room here with reasonable price! I stayed in a room with... More

There are a variety of room types available here so it's worth it to check out what you're getting. I had a standard room with 2 queen beds. Very nice walk in rain shower. The room was very nicely decorated, a nice size, clean and nice. with a small refrigerator and coffee pot with Starbucks coffee. If you have a... More

Helpful and friendly staff. Well equipped room and kitchenette. Spacious for a "studio" Average sleep quality despite my apprehensions about a pull down bed. Clean. Would fit 2 people comfortably, assuming they aren't the type who never leave the hotel room.

The Summit is a very comfortable hotel and what we expected. We had a standard hotel room but there are also larger condo type rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the view of Lone Mountain and ski lifts was lovely. All the staff was very accommodating. We had breakfast twice and it was very good. We also ate at... More

Beautiful location obviously, but hotel was a let down. The "4" star rating is deceiving. Might as well stay at a Hampton Inn. Food in the lodge not good at all. Good location though, you are able to walk to other dining options. yetti Dogs was great, same with the Italian joint. Rooms are very standard, but make sure you... More
