The room was huge, two queen beds, a small dining table, a sofa, microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings and decor were a but dated. There was a good size indoor swimming pool. The hotel provided a very good breakfast with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, etc. the staff were very helpful.

The Lodge at Big Sky was recommended to us but we were sorely disappointed. This facility caters to tour groups so if you are dreaming of a relaxing breakfast this is not the place for you. The staff showed no interest in replenishing the breakfast items even when several people mentioned that items had run out. Reception staff treated us... More

Our 3 bedroom was very spacious, all was clean, at first we couldn't find the a/c thermostat, so we opened the window but smelled pot being smoked. Had a hard time finding the place, it is a long ways from Yellowstone, 50 something miles or more, and at night it is so dark. By the time we got there we... More

We spent two nights at the Lodge at Big Sky while attending a wedding. Summertime at Big Sky means outdoor activities. Our room was big. It was comfortable. It was a little pricey, but that was due to the prime location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. This was my second time here, and I'll return.

The Lodge has a great location by the Big Sky Resort. The rooms are nice size with plenty of room. Decent free breakfast with friendly staff. My main complaint was the main areas of hotel where not maintained very well. You can tell right away how clean a hotel is by going into the public bathroom by the lobby ...... More

The Lodge was somewhat rundown and the beds were old and not comfortable. The staff was not very responsive. The breakfest buffet was not replenished when items were empty. People were smoking in non-smoking rooms with the smell filling the hallways. Will not stay at The Lodge again and will not recommend it to others.

Previous reviews shared info about the rooms and linens needing updated. They also talked about the breakfast and the lack of choices. Both of these seem to be fixed! The rooms were equipped with new linens and towels. The breakfast has several choices of cold and hot cereal, bagels, 4 choices for hot food and a juice station. During our... More

I was expecting something akin to a Holiday Inn--given the price. Boy, was I surprised. This was my first time in Big Sky and so I did some research and selected a place to stay as best I could. I really lucked out. The front staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and super-helpful. They had a pool, hottub, hot... More
