We absolutely loved staying at Paul's Ranch Montana. We stayed in the Elk Meadows House and it was so much fun. The caretakers, Mike and Nancy were wonderful to visit with and took great care of us. They provided us with helpful tips and made us special treats from the ranch. We usually have smaller cabins when visiting GNP and... More

Nancy and Mike were great and very welcoming hosts. I arrived late and they even made sure I got something to eat. Loved the place. It seems far away from everything (thus very peaceful) but yet it is so close to the gates of the glacier national park. Would stay there again

We stayed in the Bunkhouse for only one night in July to give us easier access to Many Glacier. The location is great and, although the Bunkhouse is rustic, it served our needs perfectly. Janice is a fantastic host and was very helpful. And the dogs? We loved them and my kids would have taken them home with us. Alas,... More

We enjoyed three nights in Meadowlark Meadows. The home was absolutely spotless and the location was perfect for visiting GNP and the surrounding areas. Paul Ranch is a working llama ranch located right where the prairie rises into the mountains. Spectacular views abound. I walked outside to take pictures of wildflowers that were blooming and saw literally hundreds of birds... More

I recently (July, 2014) went on a road trip with my daughter. We stayed at the bunkhouse for three nights while we were visiting Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The ranch is close to the entrance to the park and you can take a short drive to Canada and visit the Canadian side of the park as well.... More

Our family stayed in the Meadowlark Meadows house while visiting Glacier Nat'l Park. The house is extremely clean, quite spacious & has pretty much anything you might need - even bear spray for hikes (& a lesson in how to use it). The beds were very comfortable as were the couches in the living room. There is plenty of land... More

I loved my stay the first week of August at Paul Ranch, located four miles north of Babb. The one-room bunk house served as my base for six days of serious hiking in Glacier NP. The location was perfect, providing quick access to both the Many Glacier and Rising Sun trail heads, while at the same time being removed from... More

We just returned from a 2-week road trip across the US. We stayed 2 nights at Elk Willows, and everyone in our party agreed it was one of the highlights of the trip. The pictures just do not even do the place justice. The sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. The silence there was wonderful. Our 10-year-old daughter had the... More

Loved our stay here - I ditto the many great reviews - my friend and I stayed in the bunkhouse for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great view from the porch to the eastern plains - had friendly dogs and cats visiting as well as the local alpacas/llamas. The hosts Janice and Colin made you feel like family... More

A gem of an accommodation on the east side of Glacier! We stayed in the Chaps and Spurs bunkhouse for three nights––very simple, but very enjoyable. The bunkhouse has electricity but no running water thus necessitating trips to a very clean nearby port-a-potty, but we didn't mind at all. Our nights were spent sitting on the porch, watching the local... More
