This business has been torn down. Literally. ...it was best beforebit fell on its own. Originally a ramada inn it was in dis-repair. New comfort inn to be built in its place. Great convenient location. Closed closed closed.

This hotel is in need of significant renovation. Carpets didn't feel clean, bathroom fixtures were stained and the bathroom floor was not clean. The phone reservation was not accurate, is was promoted as the last room and whould have been a two queen bed room, we got two full size beds and there were other rooms available. On the plus... It wasn't exactly dirty, but it was very worn: stained ceiling tiles, frayed carpet and the like. Staff was very nice but the breakfast is not what you've come to expect from most hotel's "continental breakfast."

Rooms were clean and hotel staff was friendly. The hotel sits on a main roadway and traffic noise was easily heard. The rooms had little insulation between them and noise from neighboring guests was also easily heard. A breeze could be felt from the door due to poor weatherstripping around the frame.

On a cross-country trip I ended up in this town needing to sleep. There were several places but due to the longevity of my journey I didn't want to pay much. I ended up here. The guy receptionist was great, a world traveler, and we had some really good talks before I checked in. He gave me a really good... More

Always check your bed at a hotel. This one had bugs in both beds and went to check another room and noticed tiny blood droppings on it. The front desk didn't charge me but didn't believe us so my girlfriend grabbed one live crawling bed bug put it in a plastic clear bag and showed it to her and she... More

Due to railroad repairs not many rooms were available in West Plains. I had to accept a smoking room. There was a terrible roar that kept me away. I tried turning the AC off, but still there. Once when awaked by the roar I noticed a dozen or so bugs in the bed. Several had been smashed by my trashing... More

I ended up in West Plains when I needed somewhere to stay. I didn't think it was a primary tourist destination so didn't figure it would be a problem. I was wrong, by the time I finally found a place that actually had a vacancy I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. I have to give it to the... More

The customer service displayed by the hotel staff was excellent. However, I have killed three spiders, two of them brown recluse, and it has only been thirty minutes!

The swimming pool at this place is green! Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with plenty of room and an amazing staff. They were all very nice, and there are several resturants next to it.
