We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When we checked in, our television remote did not work. We asked the front desk to fix it..they had no idea what to do. When I made the reservations I spoke with "Linda". She was very nice and helpful. She also checked us in when we arrived and she was awesome! She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I wasn't sure what to expect from the rooms since it is an older hotel with outside entrances.... more

I stay at many hotels throughout the year becuase of my business. This hotel was definately one of the best in quality service and hospitality. I felt like it was my home away from home. I will stay only at Ramada West Plains anytime I am in the area. more
