Rooms were clean and hotel staff was friendly. The hotel sits on a main roadway and traffic noise was easily heard. The rooms had little insulation between them and noise from neighboring guests was also easily heard. A breeze could be felt from the door due to poor weatherstripping around the frame.

The customer service displayed by the hotel staff was excellent. However, I have killed three spiders, two of them brown recluse, and it has only been thirty minutes!

The swimming pool at this place is green! Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with plenty of room and an amazing staff. They were all very nice, and there are several resturants next to it.

I've stayed here many times over the past years. The rooms are always super clean, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. When I visit West Plains, staying at the Regency feels like coming home.
