I'm a truck driver, ran out of drive hours. The owners are a very nice young couple with a new young toddler who smiles a lot and waved bye-bye to me. The owner told me that the place is being refurbished and it's a one-man force doing it. I think he's doing a great job. He assured me that cleanliness... More

We had not checked trip advisor before picking this place and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean (not immaculate but still clean) and the beds were comfortable. From the view of the inside of the room couldn't believe I was at a sketchy looking roadside motel. Very good value and great no hassle location.

I've stayed here twice in the last 4 months. Both times have been superb. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful and the price can't be beat. Hope to stay again.

The inside continues to be very nice despite the dated outside, but a good vacuuming and dusting, replacing the tired corroded kleenex holders, getting the rug clean, providing instructions for the TV, etc. would be nice….Breakfast is ok -continental plus frozen waffles w/syrup…LOVE the location, the nice owners, and the updated furniture….but after redoing the place about 3 or 4... I stayed here for a week in August and have stayed here many times in the past when it was under the People's Choice name/management. While the rooms have always been nice, they have recently been renovated; paint, new carpet, upgraded furniture and decor. As other reviewers have said the highway access is great, and the convenience stores/gas stations are... More

General: My wife and I just stayed here (last resort) to go to the MO State Fair this past weekend. It's only about 20-25 minutes from Sedalia, so it's very accessible to a couple main cities. This isn't anything fancy, but any means, but it's a great place to stay the night for a decent rate. Placement: Can't beat the... More

This hotel was great when I first went in, The Staff was nice and kind. The room was clean and everything was looking great . It was also in good location being next to Casey's and a Restaurant. Overall I would stay here again.

We arrived and found our room neat. The towels were very rough, no blankets on bed but rough,Indian style ones in drawer. There was a cigarette butt stuck behind toilet, even though it was a non smoking room. No cups for hot coffee or coffee maker. Had to get those and hair dryer from the office. Allowed our service dog... More

We stayed here on our way to Alaska. Room was large enough, clean and a good price. Also you could walk to Casey's to eat. Would stay here again if in the area. Close to the interstate. Beds were comfortable.
