Very quiet stay. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We received a free upgrade since the room we asked for were booked.

Found the place to be very clean, friendly morning staff. The breakfast was great and very filling. A good place for a family on a budget.

Owner was rearranging entire breakfast area. Lady on duty was disrespectful toward owner (calling him stupid) Tension was felt by everyone eating breakfast. Fruit bowl and toaster rack was covered in thick dust from storage. Food was slightly stale tasting. Muffins extremely dry. Things were much better on Monday morning.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two very professional office workers. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Overall, it was an excellent stay at Baymont.

We took a well needed vacation before the kids went back to school. The hotel was very clean and the bed rooms we very relaxing. Generally, pleased with the accomodations. We did ask to be moved after the 1st night because the bathroom had a strong smell like sewer gas. 2nd room was satisfactory other than a high pitched sound when the fridge kicked on (rm. 103) and an occasional vibration from the a/c. we loved staying at the baymont in springfield mo staff was very nice and helpful they gave us directions around town and a map helping us find new places to shop and eat

The location is ideal to shopping and good restaurants. We were there for a doctor's appointment and since we live about 60 miles away, we didn't want to drive home the same day. It is conveniently located to our medical facilities. Also, it has good access from the main thoroughfare.

Not a 5-star-triple-diamond, but a very nice solid place to stay. I've been here multiple times and stayed on all floors, in three different room types, with never a problem. Jacuzzi suites have enough room for a girls' game night out with a dozen attendees without crowding and there is now a local food delivery service that will bring it... More
