We enjoyed a drive thru pop up trailer site with electric and water. It was so incredibly clean and quiet. The kids had so much to do a d for a small price of 16$ they got to make a shirt that they can wear and remind them of the great time they had! The staff was amazing and bathrooms/showers... More

WI fi and TV - and a big, fenced dog park with places for humans to watch fido. People were pleasant, and they will deliver pizza to your campsite. Near the highway but we did not hear it. A place I would stay at again. I think all KOA's are getting bit pricey. Bathrooms were clean.

We recently did a "Rt 66" vacation pulling a 30' travel trailer, and not knowing how far we'd get each day we couldn't make reservations at campgrounds. We pulled into the Springfield/Route 66 KOA an a Saturday, middle of the afternoon, and the woman behind the counter was OK, but I wouldn't say she was overly friendly. We'd already stayed... More

Stayed May 16,17 2015 Booked 2 months in advance for a tent site told them I was pulling a trailer with 2 motorcycles. They said Ok they have parking. Showed up said no parking cant park in the grass either. Was told had to upgrade to a cabin which was about $26 more per night. A guy took me to... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. For the comfort of all of our guests and to ensure that they have enough room on their own campsites without feeling crowded, we do limit the on site parking to one vehicle. We do apologize that you weren't completely satisfied with our staff as customer service is a... More

We paid for two nights and were considering staying for 3. They told us we better reserve/pay for the third night as they were going to be full. This was a lie as the park was only half full both Fri night and Sat night. There was a promotional discount for the two days we stayed on the Internet and... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. During the weekend you stayed with us we were having a special promotion to benefit our KOA Care Camps charity. This was advertised several months in advance so those who wanted to take advantage of it were able to do so. When you inquired about it, on Sunday, the... More

We stayed 4 nights in May at this KOA while visiting a friend in town. The owners were friendly and helpful at check-in and when we asked about driving on to Memphis from there. The campground is very well maintained with a fun kids playground and pristine clean bathrooms. It is a peaceful place, felt like a nature preserve with... More

After a hard day of driving our RV in the blinding rain we were happy to stop at Springfield KOA RV Park. The couple that owns and operates this is not your norm, slightly older and with that comes better service that we are not use to. We were even more surprised to learn, upon check in, that they make... More

We arrived Friday evening (Oct 2014) and had pizza delivered to our camper! RV pull through site was perfectly level, very nice concrete porch with campfire spot and separate grill, and very nice patio furniture. Great trees, friendly neighbors, friendly and helpful staff, awesome playground for the kids! Compared to other campsites we've been to, the camping spots were quite... More

Stayed at this park Sept of 2014 and my sincere suggestion is you make a very wide detour around this KOA RV Park! Trains, trains and more trains, to the tune of one about every 30 to 45 minutes “all night long” with horns BLARING! Tracks practically run through this RV Park property! Also, we have a 43’ 3 slide... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While we do have trains run behind our campground once in awhile, the majority of our guests do not find it bothersome. In fact, we have had many guests tell us the sounds are relaxing during the evening hours. With regards to our campsites, we do have a wide... More

Very nice RV campground. Sites are large and level. Lots of nice trees. Grounds were very well maintained. Couple that with friendly staff and you have great place for over night or longer stay. We will definitely stay here again.
